Should Marvel buy back the rights/go PG13?

Even if this film is great, I still think Marvel should get back the rights. I want to see the Marvel Studios vision of a proper Punisher adaptation.

They'd have to do it right. Good publicity would be a huge help too. Alien vs. Predator style. But I agree, it wouldn't be an easy concept to sell. Spider-Man vs. the X-Men, that'd work because both have established themselves beyond comic book fan pop culture. Punisher and Daredevil haven't really had a movie to do that yet.
