In a word, no.
Should they put a hold on making sci-fi movies in case the genre goes stale? Horror movies? How about comedies? Think of how many bad movies get released in those genres but nobody says 'I think they better ease up a little', because you also get very, very good movies in the package. Sure, the law of averages means that Marvel surely must make a couple of stinkers along the way, but the pros far outweigh the cons - having Marvel produce stuff at the rate they are going it only good for us - just think of the characters and stories we could see realised on-screen; theres a wealth of material to draw from so there should never really be a danger of the genre going 'stale'.
