Samuel L Jackson is playing him. Since he's making an appearance in Iron Man should he make an appearance in The Incredible Hulk as well?
No because this isn't going to be the Ultimate Hulk.
I'm a firm believer that we'll never actually see an Avengers movie, so tying Nick Fury into Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, and perhaps Captain America would be an appreciated nod to the fans.

Well if they deviate to much from them. I won't go & give them my money.Absolutely. I think he should show up in Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, and Captain America. How cool would that be?
And it annoys me how people assume that since Samuel L. Jackson is playing Nick Fury, that means whatever movie he's in must be the Ultimate version or whatever. I'm sorry, but none of these movies are taken straight from the pages of ANY of the comics. The movie is a seperate work, and an amalgam of many different elements from throughout the character's history. Notice that, despite using the young, skinny "Eddie Brock Jr." it was called "Spider-Man 3" and not "Ultimate Spider-Man."
