The Dark Knight Showing Too Much

The only clip that i felt spoiled anything for me was tv spot 12

everything else has been random lines by the Joker and we still havent gotten some of his best stuff

Yeah, wish they had kept that scene under wraps a little. That would have been a nice lil 'ha!' for the audience.

I know what you mean that scene almost made me jump from how awesome it was it would of been so much better if they left it as a surprise but thank god they arnt showing anything from the final 30 or more min's of the movie

This subject comes up around the exact same time for every one of these big blockbuster films. And I'll say the same thing I always say: when you combine all of the trailers, footage, TV spots, and clips, we've probably seen a grand total of 20 minutes from the film.

That's 20 scattered minutes out of a 160 minute film. Now decide if you've seen too much.
Yeah I totally agree

I just don't see how people can enjoy a film they've basically already seen through stills, leaks, and reviews. Whats the point?
I can argue against that. I spoiled "Star Wars Episode III" and "Spider-Man 3" for myself and I still enjoyed those movies. It's a totally different experience watching it than it is reading about it. As for "The Dark Knight", I've seen pretty much all of the trailers, clips and TV spots, but I don't feel spoiled at all. As has been said before in this thread, it's only about 20 minutes out of a two and a half hour movie. That's far from spoiling it. Besides that, I have been avoiding TDK spoilers (plot points) save for one major spoiler that was posted without spoiler tags, but it didn't bother me much because I had a hunch that would happen in the movie anyway.
