I miss the 1988 Ruby Spears Superman cartoon... I watched those religiously as a little kid, waking up at 8 am on a Saturday just to watch a Superman cartoon.

Never liked the Oblongs. I didn't find it very funny.

Actually I remember it being hilarious when it was on, and then seeing it in on TBS recently and not being as impressed. It still had potential I think.

WEll, they left it at a cliffie. and I fould it with the relationship with the characters it was not that good. I felt like I was watching groundhog day.

I thought the cliffhanger ending was the best way to finish the series. The whole never-ending battle note, I don't think having everything wrapped up in a nice bow would've been as effective
