Alienated is the only one I can think of. Only because it ended on a freakin cliff hanger. Now I'll never know what that Alien-Human hybid looks like! I really hate that. I bugs me that Dark Angel and Early Edition ended on cliff hangers fully expecting another season only to be axed. Bujt I hate slapped together ends like Roswell and Angel had more.

No I mean alienated. It's about a sub-urban family that are Alienated in some way and are being experimented on by Aliens for reproduction. It was a sitcom shot like a documentary. Really creepy and funny. The 2nd season ended with the mother giving birth to an Alien-human hybrid. When the baby comes out the father and daughter do a double take and the son faints.
