The ep was alright. Wasnt anything special. I do have a question about the final vignette.

The last scene is of Maggie playing in the bathtub with the two ships. She then sort of turns sideways to the camera and the eyelashes of her right eye suddenly become longer and she has sort of an evil smile on her face. What is that in referece to?
