It's their job to catch em. Not their fault if the gov keeps putting them in crappy prisons/mental hospitals and not, you know, execute them. And even if they did, they'd get like 80 appeals, and live long enough to escape. Same as in real life. Why not blame the cops for not blowing every criminal away cuz they're just gonna go to jail, get out, and do it again. You see? Your logic is off.
Well, Spectre doesn't exist in the Marvel Universe so it's a moot point.
No, but the Living Tribunal does.
It was a tie in to that Infinite Crisis. One of the many fans that got hit with s**t that the heroes had to deal with. It was called Day of Vengence. Good stuff. He killed everybody. SHAZAM, Nabu, blew up the rock of eternity. HAd a big as fight with Captain marvel who was powered by every mage (Still alive) on the planet. Epic.
**** man I gotsta get this. Is it in a trade?
Ah...
But then you can argue that by killing a killer, you are becoming a killer yourself. Thusly coming down to their level.
But these are comic books anyway. Joker will never be killed off because he is Batmans biggest and most popular villain for example.
Plus we've seen tons of movie superheroes dealing with a secret identity. It's about time we see one dealing with the problems that come without one.
Spiderman revealed his identity to the world during Civil War. Then BND happened and now nobody knows his identity any more.FF are the only ones I can recall who never had one(and that franchise is complete rubbish). And yes, Batman/Spider-Man/Superman all did the reveal to their close confidants. But to the whole world?
