It's fun, light hearted, and doesn't seem to take itself too seriously. I had a thought while watching the first episode. I think Rip said that Vandal can return with even one cell, so why didn't Rip go back to when Oliver and Barry defeated Vandal and just dispose of his ashes? Freeze it, bury it, drop it in acid, etc?
