Solid is the imperfect clone of nake...if anything technically liquid was the better, and on par with naked. Solid snake>everyone coolness factor though.

Considering that Liquid Snake was defeated by Solid Snake while he was piloting a Hind D and Metal Gear REX, defeated in hand to hand combat by Solid Snake, and in the Twin Snakes, got beat up while driving his jeep. Then he finally died of Foxdie.

Despite Liquid Snake having the dominant genes, Solid Snake was the superior soldier.
