Sony's 2013 Gamescom Conference

I'm still fine with what we're getting at launch.. I expect to see more from Sony as the yeargoes on (mmore so from their big exclusives) which, iIMHO ms doesn't have much either, Titanfall is their big one.. But it's not exclusive (pc) and it will probably be on ps4 within 6 month from its One launch.

I'd give this conference a solid 8. I loved the indie love too, btw.

Speaking of Indie.. They announced 15..15 new games coming to the ps4. Games your won't get on the Xbox One.

Seems a lot of people were disappointed by the lack of AAA stuff shown, but I liked a lot of what I saw. I won't be getting a launch system, I never get a system at launch, but this just solidifies my PS4 purchase down the road.

Don't you have a PC or smartphone? MC is on like every platform and Im sure most have at least those two....lol. You wouldn't have missed out on it

Meh, I really think it's time for Sony to start showing off what SCE Santa Monica, Naughty Dog, and Media Molecule are doing.

Greg Miller from IGN made a good point yesterday when he said that SONY's primary focus right now is the launch and they want to get people excited for their launch games, for the most part. I suspect that we will see teasers for upcoming games at this years VGAs, which is in December I believe.

A 12gb PS3 is about one of the stupidest things to come out of this conference. I know they launched it in EU last year but its not something people are clamoring for and not at all that practical. Its retailing for $199 but last BF they had the 250gb PS3 with 2 games (5 total as it included the Uncharted and Infamous collections). A year later with the PS4 about to launch, you'd think they'd be able to offer the 250gb with no games at that price. 12gb? What can a person do with that? Not practical for downloading and having to install/delete games that frequently off the HDD would be more annoying than anything.

It amazes me that the 250gb isnt hasnt been released in an unbundled form. We now have the 12gb for $199, the 250gb bundles for $269 and 500gb bundles for $299. Id have scrapped the 12gb and just done 250gb with no game for $199 and 500gb bundle for $269
