I called Waterstone's at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre where gamemeister claimed to have bought the book(phone #01384 751551). I spoke with a lady there and this is how our convo went:

Me: "I was calling to see if you had a book in stock".
Lady: "Sure, which one".
Me: "Spider-Man 3: The Movie Storybook"
Lady: "Hold on"
Lady(after about a min): "No, I'm sorry that book will not be available until April".
Me: "Ok, thank you".
Lady: "Is there anything else?"
Me: "No, that's it, thank you for your help".

Then we said our goodbyes. So there it is. Hope this clears up the situation.

hm weird did you phone the right number didnt they transfer you or anything, hm well ile admit i cant explain that but i did still get it from there or maybe theres multiple movie storybooks

Suuuuure
If it's the same store it's not going to matter which floor the book is on. All they should have to do is type the title of the book or the ISBN in the computer to see if they carry it in the store regardless of what floor its on.

Well, there's only Waterstone's listed at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre with only one phone number listed. That's the number I called and the lady said the book will not be available until April.
