Spider-Man 3 scene by scene

Spent a couple of weeks putting this together in my spare time:

The Completely Comprehensible Guide To Spider-Man 3. In other words- promo images, on-set photos, trailer screenshots and the like gathered together and sorted scene by scene, with commentary. Essentially, it's me trying to guess the plot of the movie with only images and rumours to work with.

If you want to kill some time, give it a read. I'm hoping it might provoke some discussion, at least...

Just speculation and some if it (I just skimmed scrolled down) is obviously wrong. Peter would not be "visitng" the grave after he got rid of the symbiote as he wears the same sweater early on his symbiote meamorphesis. Also the opening scene is likely Peter//MJ on the web of love as it is before the fight and Peter is wearing the same suit and the trailer opens with it, etc.

And as I said, just speculation.

Fair enough then. I should probably have mentioned in the thread title that absolutely nothing on that page should be taken as fact.

Kudos Sarah. I don't know if I agree with everything there. But that's good work. It's nice to be able to look at all of those pictures at once too.

Looks pretty good, butAunt May and Peter's visit to the police department happens somewhere before the proposal I think. Also the script summary said that Peter takes MJ to some restaraunt where tries to propose to her. And them kissing in the web is probably the first scene or one of the first scenes since they look really happy together there.

you kinda forgot to include the battle between sandman and spidey that happens in the bank/bank car/ on the streets....also i think personally sandman comes in a little earlier or is introduced earlier. but good work though, you've seemed to get some things right. also i think those first two spidey vs brock pics happen near the end where spidey goes to the church to get rid of the symbiote. btw speaking of which you forgot the church scene too kinda. =P Oh wait....nvm you didn't =P.

in the wizard magazine article raimi says that the movie will open with the scene where spiderman saves gwen scene. also i think that the scenes with peter and mj fighting are all before and during he has the symbiote. overall its pretty good. oh yeah also the sandman car chase scene should go somewhere towards the end of the beginning of the movie

Oh and i noticed you put the suit in the drawer scene after he gets the symbiote suit off so that doesn't rly make sense so therefore that 'funeral scene' (which i don't think has to do with a funeral; i just think mj and peter are meeting at some random bridge), is before peter removes the suit. just a thought. anyway nice try again but some stuff you got wrong and some you got right (no offense).

No offense taken. I know there's no way I've got even most of it right: like I said, really it's just to provoke discussion.

(And I can't believe I forgot the armoured car scene: will edit it in when I can be bothered. )

haha awesome. also like digu rui said before, in the wizard interview with raimi, it is confirmed that the opening scene is spidey saving gwen, which is why i think they give spidey a ... well...day haha aka the spider man day/celebration.

hmm... i beleive Harry starts out fighting with his mask on THEN takes it off about half-way

one thing i'd mention is that when Peter looses the engangment ring, i beleive it's after Peter's punched thru the glass... hence the reason (if you zoom in on the video where Peter's trying to get the ring), you see glass shreds falling behind him. and he's in the same falling position... so i beleive he's punched thru the glass, then looses the ring.

also, i beleive the fight ends with Harry not going thru glass, but going into the wall (as seen in the Teaser)...

oh, and I beleive "the end" with the flag and all, is at the Spidey Celebration Day...

besides that, it was REALLY good. ;D

Despite there being some mistakes(ex. You put the The Suit In The Drawer 2 scenes after Venom is Born, which doesnt make sense), I say good job.

- MJ singing in a broadway show, peter sitting in the audience, harry in the balcony

- after the show Peter meets MJ

- Harry takes the goblin formula and prepares his suit and glider

- Peter brings MJ back to her apartment and is then attacked by the "New Goblin"
