For Non-PS2 players, I thought you'd like to know that Spidey can now jump off the top of the Empire State Building and land on the street without losing any life what so ever.

He can even dive off of high buildings and land on his hands. Then a comfortable little flip on to his feet and he's ready to go again.

It's sad really, they've added a few nice touches here and there, but taken away so many of the little things that made SM2 so much fun to play.

Has anyone noticed that when using the black suit on the odd occasion the web zip is silent. Finished the game last night and was very impressed -- that black suit sure can hustle . . . takes a bit to get used to, but after that it's awesome IMO.

Oh, can someone tell me why the music out of LOST happens in the game sometimes -- I guess it's because I may have swung past a secret token or something -- surely someone knows what I mean.

I disliked the fact that Spiderman would lose alot of health from a fall, maybe not from the very top of the empire state but just a tall building.

Shame the movie didn't consistently follow this rule, a church bell caused the suit excrutiating pain but two speeding subway trains did nothing? bahhh

Well for one there is a difference between loud noises and sonic vibrations. The suit is not really weak against loud noises but sonic vibrations can kill it. It's hard to explain the diffrence but if somthing explodes thas a loud noise, but if someone slams a steel girder against another steel girder it makes a loaud noise to but then yo hear this kinda ringing wobbly sound. thats a sonic vibration.

ok this game is seriously getting on my nerves. i was fighting kingpin and if u have fought him you all know how hard he is, on the ps3, the first time after half hour i beat him, then the 3 bosses came and i defeated 2 of them and the 3rd was almost gone when he suddendly gets eaten by the ceiling apparently, and i have no choice but to restart, then i clear all that again and the 3rd boss, an hour later, and the stupid game eats kingpin in to the ceiling now i have to restart again. wtf has this happened to any of u? its really pissing me off, this game is pretty buggy so far ive had the game since may 3rd, and its ive ahd to restart on account of glitches 3 times, the first was when i was stoping a car and i jumped on te hood to disable it when the car suddenly became invisable and i could not jump off..

the dual webline upgrade came after some mission i completed, can't remember which one. but the yo-yo came after fighting some crime. you just press up on the directional pad to do the yo-yo.

Dual webbing upgrade comes after you complete the taking photos of Lizard mission for Jonasson. It's cool!

At least Harry died in yours. He doesnt die in the 360 version, unless you consider being hit away by venom.

In the PS2/Wii versions, you have to throw canisters into Sandman. After that, a cutscene shows Venom knocking Harry into Sandman's body and Sandman then blows up (obviously Sandman doesnt die).

Ah screw SM4 for now, I say it's finally time that we get another 616 game. I want another one like Spider-Man on the Playstation, with tons of unlockables, villains, costumes and cameos from other Marvel characters.

I need some help. I'm on the Giant Lizard part of Lizard-Part 3(i think) and I'm basically stuck...there's four big (looks-to-be) engines in the room and I just keep swinging back and forth figuring out what to do....

Question for those already finished the game. What happens once you finish? ie. I particularly like the crime fighting element of the game but once you've finished is all crime stopped or can you continue free roam and random crimes continue to pop up??

Which version are you playing? Kraven was very easy to beat in the PS2 version.

i'm on 360

everything i try nothing works

at first i use web yo-yo and i just press x + spider sense, then jump back up and yo-yo

when he unleashes his clones, i use rage

then back to x + spider sense

then back to rage if he does some magic stuff

but eventually he drains my entire life and i only have him at half life

you have to counter his moves and try using strong attacks.

and does anyone have a map or the location of the tokens for the 360? Ive seemed to search all high rise buildings and only found 6 skyscrapers and 2 secret.

What you have to do is web up his hands, then he leaps at you and you have to press a button to leap onto his horns and web his eyes shut leaving him vulnerable to you because he can't see you.

You then have to grab his tail and throw him into those generators to weaken the shield. Hope that helps buddy.
