Why is the metiorite in the game if it does nothing?
Why that location when it crashed in central park???

1. It's in the game for decoration. We see it crash and it'd be kinda dumb if we never could find it anywhere. Good idea in my opinion.

2. In the movie it crashes in Central Park, in the game it crashes in an alley.

Peter still gets it in the park though on the bridge on a date with MJ. It just crawls on his shoe and he doesn't notice...

There are 3 primary buildings in midtown NYC, The empire state building, the chrysler building, and between those two is the Metlife building. The wide, tall building, it's basically right near the chrysler building. and attatched to the metlife building is grand central station, way down at street level.

You can also find it by going into gramercy park, and going up the street north from it, the metlife building and GCS are at the end of that street. (in game form)

Yeah I found it. It's a big rock in a crater in the ground. It's smoking and the cracks in the rock glow yellow.

This is in the 360 verison?

See, I found the meteor earlier today also, and I love finding little things like this in video games, but I really wish they actually DID something.

Played this game for the first time on PS3 the other day, wasn't impressed. I'm sure it takes some getting used to, but the swinging and controls are rough

for those on xbox360 looking for the meteorite ... go to the side of grand central thats the smaller part of the building, not the skyscraper section. if you go across the street there is an alley, and the meteorite is back there, smoking. it's relatively easy to find when you are in the area.

Does it dissapear once you beat the storyline? Cause if not where exactly is this ally?
I can't seem to find it, I'm looking all around the block of GCS.

This is where we got ripped off. No, we can't go to sewers or underground areas.

Ok,well im not into video games, but i love how the spidey games incorperate other villians not in the movies, so with that being said, does anyone have pictures of the villians in sm3? excluding sandmn and venom
and also,who are the other villians in the game? i know theres lizard( which i really want a pic of) and kingpin,who else is in it?

^ Scorpion, Kraven, and Rhino. If you have the Wii version Morbius and Shriek are also in it.

oh btw, i was watching this video on youtube where it showed some of the villians, it didnt show scorpion, kraven or rhino, but there was this girl, she kinda of looked like black cat in a way, she has white hair from what i can see and a black mask, she was also wearing a hood and i think....bat wings lol
is that supposed to be shriek?

I have been playing the collector's edition on ps3 since early may and twice now i have gotten far in the game and before you know it says my file is corrupted for just spiderman but not for my other saved games. does anybody know why this is or what i can do to fix it. I just beat the game and started over as black spidey and it did this problem again.
