OPENING CREDITS PLAYING "OVER AND OVER" - 3 DAYS GRACE
OPEN TO BLACK


EDDIE BROCK (O.S)
I've heard that we all have monsters inside us, an animal instinct, that releases when our backs are against the wall. I have that monster inside me, it hugs me...viscously. It protects me and I protect it. Together, we've become one. We've become a poison.

VENOM (O.S)
We are Venom.

EXT. NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE - DAY
Spider-Man is out for his morning rounds around the city. He stops with a bag of donuts on top of the Chrysler Building. He pulls his mask up to his nose and chews on a donuts.

SPIDER-MAN
City's quiet today, now it's time to just sit back and eat my delicious don-

Sirens go off in the distance.

SPIDER-MAN
Had to open my mouth.

Spider-Man webs the bad to the side of the building and proceeds to swing above the police cars.

EXT. BANK
A man in a yellow suit and strange sonic blasting devices is blasting away police cars.

SHOCKER
I swear to God, if any of you pigs get near me I'll kill you all! Back the hell up!

Shocker blast another police car.

SPIDER-MAN (O.S)
Now, that's not very nice.

Spider-Man is behind Shocker in his signature up-side down web pose.

SHOCKER
Spider-Man!

SPIDER-MAN
Spider-Man! Where? I so want to get his autograph. I mean that suit, it's just amazing.

SHOCKER
Shut the hell up!

Shocker sends a blast at spider-man, spider-man easily dodges it.

SPIDER-MAN
So what do they call you, Fashion Emergency? The Bizzy Bee? Yellow Puff Man?

SHOCKER
I'm the shocker and I'm going to rock you're world.

SPIDER-MAN
Whoa, you're going to have to take me out to dinner before you start rocking my world.

Spider-Man webs up Shockers sonic devices and the blast is sent back at Shocker, knocking him out.

SPIDER-MAN
See you later Shocky boy.

Spider-Man's alarm in his cell phone goes off, the ring tone is the old Spider-Man song.

SPIDER-MAN
Damn It!

EXT. CHURCH
Camera goes into the window to a worried Mary Jane.

INT. CHURCH ROOM

MARY JANE
God...Where is he Aunt May?

AUNT MAY
Don't worry about dear. You know Peter. (smiling) he's probably more nervous than you are right now.

MARY JANE
I don't think that's possible right now Aunt May.

EXT. TOP OF BUILDINGS
Peter Parker is hastily getting changed into his suit.

PETER
Damn it...Damn it...Damn it...

INT. CHURCH ROOM

MARY JANE
Damn it...Damn it...Damn It...

INT. CHURCH
Peter rushes through the doorway and the whole audience turns to face him. This includes Captain Stacey, Gwen Stacey, Betty Brant, J. Jonah Jameson, his wife, and son with an attractive female.

PETER
Uh...hi.

JAMESON
Parker! You're always late! I don't have time to be just hanging around a dumpy wedding, I'm a very important man!

PETER
Well, maybe I could hail a cab if you paid me better...sir.

JAMESON
What!? Parker you ungrateful little-

MRS. JAMESON (slaps Jameson on the back of the head) Blood pressure!

JAMESON
Yes dear...

Peter chuckles under his breath and goes onto the stand next to Robbie Robertson, his best man.

PETER
Thanks again for being my best man Robbie, I know it's last second. I would've asked Harry but...

ROBBIE
Think nothing of it Pete, I'm honored. Now don't worry about anything but that beautiful woman whose going to be walking down the aisle in a few minutes.

PETER
You're right Robbie. Thanks.

The wedding starts and Mary Jane walks down the aisle with normal wedding things going on around her. We have a moment where nothing else seems to be moving besides Peter and Mary Jane, as if they are the only two people in the room. Then we go back to regular motion when Mary Jane gets on the stand. Priest starts the wedding ceremony.

EXT. PARK OUTSIDE CHURCH
The is on a newspaper blowing in the wind, the headline reads "SERIAL KILLER KLETUS KASSADY CAUGHT BY CAPT. STACEY AND SPIDER-MAN." We pan out to a newspaper inside of a newspaper vendor (showing that this is a newer edition) that reads "KLETUS KASSADY: ESCAPES FROM RAVENCROFT." A shadow of a skinny, yet cut figure stands before the church.

FIGURE
Heehehehehahahahahahehhehehehhahahaheeee....

INT. CHURCH

PRIEST
You may now recite your vows.

MARY JANE
I'll go first. Peter, all my life you've been the boy next door, always been there for me. My only regret is that I didn't notice that sooner. Peter, you'll always be my light at the end, my savior, my hero. I love you.

PETER
Mary Jane, I-

A man barges in through the doors. The whole audience turns to look at him The man is wearing a tank top and ripped jeans. He has fire red uncombed hair and the eyes of a lunatic. This is Kletus Kassady.

KASSADY (Singing) Here comes the bride, all dressed in white, wish it were red, then she'd be deeeeaaadddd.

Capt. Stacey jumps to his feet gun drawn.

CAPT. STACEY
Kassady! Get you're hands in the air NOW!

KASSADY
Whoa, hot crowd, and me without my date.

Grabs Gwen Stacey and holds a knife to her throat.

KASSADY
Hey Baby, any chance you give out after the first date? Heeheeehee.

GWEN
Ugh! Get away from me you creep!

Kassady narrows his eyes, looking insulted.

KASSADY
I don't deal with rejection well, *****.

Kassady is about to cut Gwen's throat when a black web line grabs Kassady's knfe hand. The camera follows the web line to a black figure with a teeth filled grin and is about the size of a body builder. This is Venom.

VENOM
Leave her alone!

KASSADY
Who the hell are you!?

VENOM
Your executioner.

Venom whips Kassady towards him and grabs Kassady by the throat. Venom brings his face close to Kassady's and lashes him with his tongue.

VENOM
We were just dying for an appetizer.

Venom throws Kassady into a wall, knocking him out. Venom proceeds to pounce on top on Kassady and raises his claw for the killing strike. A web line grabs his hand and Venom roars. While this is happening all the people are trying to make there way out of the church. Very Chaotic.

SPIDER-MAN
What's up smiley, long time no see!

VENOM
Spider-Man!

SPIDER-MAN
Aw, you remember me, how nice. I feel so special.

VENOM
How could we forget our main course. We will crush you like a bug.

SPIDER-MAN
Arachnid, you mean. Hey last time I saw you, you were on the wrong side of a bomb.

VENOM
We're just full of surprises. Like this.

Venom blends in with his environment, essentially disappearing. Spider-Man is taken back by this new ability.

SPIDER-MAN
Aw Eddie, all I wanted to do is play a game of-

Venom appears behind Spider-Man and punches him into a wall.

VENOM
Tag! Hahahahaha

SPIDER-MAN
You know, it's very rude to interrupt someone when they are in the middle of a lame joke. (Thinking) I can't beat him, no spider-sense, I can't get the upper hand. The bell!
Flash back to the Spider-Man 3 scene where Spider-man rips off the symbiote.
SPIDER-MAN (Thinking) If I can get him to the bell tower, I can use the bell to separate him from the symbiote and I can get him away from all these people.

Venom gets real close to Spider-Man, similar to the way he did with Kassady.

VENOM
Spider, we are a poison to you.

SPIDER-MAN
Ugh, only thing you are, is a man in dire need of a tic tac, seriously Brock.

VENOM
There is no more Eddie Brock! Only Venom!

Venom tosses Spider-Man effortlessly into another wall. Spider-Man takes this chance to web zip into the bell tower and up the stairs to the bell.

INT. BELL TOWER

SPIDER-MAN
You want me Eddie, come and get me.

VENOM
Don't insult our intelligence Parker! Our other remembers this place, very well.

SPIDER-MAN
Aw, come on Venny, we were having a banging good time.

Spider-Man breaks the chain holding the bell and it falls, crashing through the stairs right beside Venom. The symbiote goes berserk and retreats from Brocks body to find safety.

EDDIE
No! Please don't leave me! I need you!

Spider-Man lands behind Eddie, Brock's desperation turns to anger.

EDDIE
You!

Eddie turns and tries to sucker punch Spider-Man but Spidey easily catches Eddie's fist and throws Eddie back against a wall.

SPIDER-MAN
That's for ruining my wedding.

Spider-Man then webs Eddie in a cocoon for the police.

EDDIE
I swear to God Parker, you're dead! You're a dead man, if it takes every last breath of air in my lungs, I will kill y-

Spider-Man webs Eddie's mouth shut.

SPIDER-MAN
Do you ever shut up? I mean, I already got a headache from the bell. Christ.

EXT. CHURCH LAWN

Police Cars are scattered on the street as Peter Parker walks out of the church fixing his hair. The police are questioning witnesses and most people are just recuperating. Peter walks by Jameson and his wife.

JAMESON
Parker! You better have pictures!

PETER
Yeah, J.J. I took them with the spare camera and tripod I keep in my suit pocket.

JAMESON
Parker! I told you-!

Mrs. Jameson slaps Jameson on the back of the head again.

MRS. JAMESON
Blood Pressure!

Peter chuckles to himself as he walks up to Mary Jane. Mary Jane is in a torn, wrinkled wedding dress sitting on a bench, staring off into nothing.

PETER (V.O) Thinking Is this what marriage is going to be like for her? She doesn't deserve this, hell, I don't deserve her.

MARY JANE (trying hiding her sadness/fustration) ...oh, hey Tiger.

PETER
Mary Jane, I'm so-

MARY JANE (putting her fingers to Peter's lips Shhh tiger, I know it wasn't your fault. We can arrange another wedding anytime, but I can't arrange another Peter, now can we.

PETER (suddenly very worried) Oh my god! Where's my Aunt May?

MARY JANE
It's all right, it's all right. She passed out during the attack but the paramedics say that she's going to be just fine.

Peter sits down next to Mary Jane, his face in his hands.

PETER
Spider-man is only bringing harm to the people around me that I love. I can't do this MJ, I can't put you and my Aunt in danger anymore.

MARY JANE
Peter, it was my decision to be married to you. I know all the risks. I love you and nothing is ever going to change that. So whether you like it or not, your stuck with me. Face it Tiger, you hit the jackpot.

PETER
I love you so much Mary Jane.

They kiss and watch the sun set over the church, again everything else around them freezes to show only them.
 
INT. PADDY WAGON


Eddie Brock and Kletus Kassady are in custody of the police.


BROCK
I could've exposed him back there, in front of everyone. But no, someone might get to him before us. So until then, it's going to be our little secret isn't it Spider.


KASSADY
Hashahaha you're crrrrrazzzzyyyy, and coming from me, that's saying something, MAN! Hahahahahaahahahah!


EXT. NIGHTIME NEW YORK CITY STREETS


A gang of thugs is robbing a small bakery when Spider-Man shows up to the scene.


SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
You know, after all the aliens and crazies that I have been fighting, a small gang of thugs seems like a day off.


SPIDER-MAN
Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?


Spider-Man webs up the thugs.


SPIDER-MAN
This is the part where you say it wasn't you. Geez, wasn't anyone in the 1st grade? Don't answer that.


Spider-Man swings away.


SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
Well at least Aunt May is ok, just a little shaken up. Maybe it's time I told her about everything. She tells me so much and I always hide things from her, it isn't right.


Spider-Man spots a man holding a gun to an elderly woman. The elderly woman is resisting strongly for an old woman


THUG
Gimme your purse lady!


ELDERLY WOMAN (slapping the man) Respect your elders.


Spider-Man swings between them.


SPIDER-MAN
Robbing old ladies huh? Is this how you get you're kicks?


Spider-Man kicks the thug into the side of a building, knocking the thug out.


SPIDER-MAN
Get it, kicks? No? Not even a chuckle?


ELDERLY WOMAN (slaps Spider-Man on the back of the head) I could have handled that perfectly well on my own! Hmmph! No Respect!


Elderly woman turns and walks away, uptight.


SPIDER-MAN
Uh, you're welcome?


The sun starts to rise over the Empire State Building. Spider-Man pulls out his cell phone and looks at the time.


SPIDER-MAN
Class in two hours. dammit.



Spider-Man swings off into the sky.


INT. JAIL CELL - RAVENCROFT


Eddie Brock sits in his jail cell at Ravencroft. Laying down, eyes wide open, staring at the ceiling.


EDDIE BROCK (V.O)
I can hear you still, a piece of you is still in my head, talking to me.


Brock sits up as Kassady walks past his cell, being escorted by two guards into the cell next to Brock's.


KASSADY


I can't help it if I was bored gentlemen, besides, he was only eighteen, not like he's been on this earth for very long.


The guards look in disgust as Kassady and forcefully shove him into the cell.


EDDIE BROCK (V.O)
I can feel you still, my other. You are weak without me, you need me. Or do I need you?


Eddie Brock looks up to a bunch of newspaper clippings, most of them of spider-man, others of Venom. One of Eddie Brock being fired from the Bugle.


EDDIE BROCK (V.O)
It's all his fault. All the pain in my life, and to think, it was finally starting to turn around. A new life, a new job. He took that all away, everything. Then, in my darkest hour, you found me. You held within you. You felt the same rage I felt, the same lust for vengeance. He tossed you aside like a rag, he ruined my life, I'll kill him. We'll kill him.
 
thanks bro, i got like half of it written so far, im at a huge fight between Venom and Spider-Man, the fight we should have gotten in the movie.

very good. I like the fact venom is not dead and Shocker(I like Ultimate Shocker's costume though). who will be the supervillians in the movie

so far I got Venom + Carnage as the main supervillains, i got shocker and rhino in there as well.

I would like to keep shocker's signature look, but still update for a movie though.
 
EXT. CENRTAL PARK


Peter and Mary Jane are sitting on a bench near the entrance to Central Park having lunch. The overlooking buildings cast a shadow upon them.


PETER
I'm going to see Aunt May tonight. See how she's doing.


MARY JANE
That's good Pete. I wish I could go with you, but I got some auditions tonight.


PETER
I'm going to tell her everything. She deserves to know now.


MARY JANE
Oh Peter... are you sure?


PETER
Yeah, she needs to know now, she's so truthful with me, I can't keep this from her any longer, after the whole attack the other day. I don't know how long she'll be aro- I just gotta do this.


MARY JANE
You follow your heart Tiger. Aunt May is one of the strongest women I have ever met, I'm sure she's going to outlive both of us. (smile)


PETER
What would I do without you MJ?


MARY JANE
psh, what would the world do with Mary Jane Parker?


They laugh, but the laugh is interrupted by screeching tires, bullets, and a woman's screams. Across the street from where Mary Jane and Peter are sitting, there was a drive by gang shooting and a small boy was caught in the crossfire.


MARY JANE (putting her hand to her month) Oh my god...


Peter rushes over to aid the young boy. Not even bothering with his costume. The boy's sister is standing over her younger brother, sobbing.


SISTER
Oh god...Johnny, Johnny...please wake up, don't do this. Please! Someone help me!


PETER
I need you to calm down, ok? I want you to call the police. I'm going to take your brother to the hospital.


Peter holds the small boy in his hands and webs up into the sky. Peter rushes to the hospital and is there well before any ambulance could get to there.


INT. HOSPITAL
Peter sprints into the hospital.


PETER
Help! I need help!
Doctors and Nurses quickly rush the boy into the emergency room. Peter sits and waits in the room. Time passes and the Doctors comes out to talk to Peter.


PETER
How is he?


DOCTOR
He's stable, but, the bullet entered his spine. He'll won't be able to walk again.


PETER
God...


Peter puts his hands to his forehead in disbelief.


DOCTOR
I'm sorry, but how are you related to the boy.


PETER
I'm not, I jus- I couldn't sit back and watch him die.


DOCTOR
Can I get you're name son, for the records.


PETER
Sorry, I can't do that.


And with that, Peter walks out of the Hospital.


INT. RAVENCROFT JAIL CELL


GUARD
You've got a visitor Brock, a Gwen Stacey.


BROCK
What? Really?


INT. SMALL CAFETERIA WHERE PRISONERS GET VISITORS
Eddie Brock walks in and sits down next to Gwen, for the first time, we see Eddie Brock truly happy.


BROCK
Gwen? What are you doing here?


GWEN
I came to thank you.


EDDIE

Me?



GWEN
Yes, you Eddie. You saved my life.



EDDIE

well, your very welcome pretty lady.



Gwen

(trying to hide her smile)stop eddie...(beat) Eddie, I have to ask, why be a monster? why be Venom?


EDDIE
Venom is not a monster Gwen. When no one was there for me at my lowest point in life, the symbiote guided me. Embodied everything that I am and want to be.


GWEN
But what about Spider-Man, and Harry Osbourne? Eddie, you killed him.


EDDIE
He got in the way!


GWEN
I'm-I'm sorry...I have to-



Gwen is startled by Eddie's sudden outburst and gets up to leave.


EDDIE
No please, I'm sorry Gwen. Please sit.


Gwen nods and sits back done, still a bit shaken.


EDDIE (V.O)
What do you mean "let her go." I really care about her. No, this is the way I want it right now.



EDDIE
I didn't mean to kill Osbourne. He just got in the way, last second. All I wanted was Spider-Man. Spider-Man humiliated me, ruined my life. I didn't plan on this Gwen, it just sort of happened, and I took advantage of my situation.


GWEN
But Eddie, I see your potential to do good, you showed it back in the church. But then, that thing took you over, again.


EDDIE
That thing is what gave me the power to save you. All I ever wanted to do was be a hero, be looked up to, protect the innocent.


FLASHBACK INT. BROCK HOUSEHOLD


A young Eddie Brock is reading a Captain America comic book, trying to drown out the sounds of his parents arguing in the next room.


EDDIE (V.O)
My father was a miserable drunk. All he did was drink, gamble away the rent, and - that bastard - beat my mother.


EDDIE'S FATHER (next room)

I work every damn day to make ends meat for this family! And I come home to this! (we hear a slap and Eddie's mother cry out in pain) That's it *****! I'm out of here, for good!


A door slams and Eddie's mother is sobbing in the next room. The young Eddie Brock walks into the kitchen. The kitchen is very messy, broken glasses are everywhere and food is tossed all over the floor. Eddie's mother is crying on the table, but tries to recover herself when Eddie walks in.


EDDIE'S MOM
Hey babe. What you got there?


YOUNG EDDIE
My super hero comic mommy, It's really great, I read it all by myself mommy!


EDDIE"S MOM
That's great honey, I'm so proud of you. You're such a special boy.


YOUNG EDDIE
That's right Mommy! And I'm going to be a super hero, just like Captain America, then I can protect you from big meanies like Daddy.


EDDIE'S MOM
Oh, thank you Eddie. (she smiles as a single tears falls down her cheek) you're going to be the best super hero. Protecting all the innocent people, and at the end of the day, I'll always be here for you honey. Don't ever leave me, my hero.


YOUNG EDDIE
I won't Mommy, I promise. I'll always protect you.


They hug.


(STILL IN FLASHBACK FORWARD TEN YEARS TO A HOSPITAL)
EDDIE (V.O)
But I couldn't protect her.


Eddie has his head over his mothers lap, crying. The machine that tells pulse ( I don't know what it's called ) is flatlined, Doctors are unplugging their equipment. We assume that she died from some sort of terminal illness.
 
so far I got Venom + Carnage as the main supervillains, i got shocker and rhino in there as well.

I would like to keep shocker's signature look, but still update for a movie though.

yeah, Lizard would be the next logical choice for a number 4. But I really wanted to write a Venom and Carnage story, so idk if this would be 4 or jus something i came up with.

I do really like Mysterio, I think that given a good plot and background that he could be a great villain in a movie. He could really mess with Peter's mind. ex. creating illusions of people who have passed away (harry, ben, normal, octavious) coming back and blaming him for their death someway or you could bring back some villains as an illusion. Not to mention the special effects for a villain that is alla bout special effects.

Check out a Spider-Man 5 script written by someone named Tempest (im not completely sure about the name) on the board, he made a wonderful mysterio and electro combo. and his writing is amazing, i could actually picture his as a movie.

This is my first script so I have a lot to build upon and a lot of work to do and I'm having a lot of fun with it too.
 
Haha, I love Spider-Man's Dialogue. Only, I feel it's missing two scenes. Introductory scenes, on for Peter with the whole V.O. also showing Kassidy arrested? And the other as to how brock returned. Also, after he webs Eddies mouth shut in the wedding scene and spidey says "christ" I say, have him look at Jesus on the cross behind him and be like, "Oh... sorry." also use classic Venom/Carnage banters like "Spider-Whuss"

That's a really good line, I'm mad I didn't think of it. haha.
I tried to get through how he was arrested w/ the newspapers but looking back I think it deserves a scene.

and if you do electro how would you make him(I would make him a mixture of the 2003 animated series, spectactular spider-man animated seires and ultimate electro mixed together)
 
INT. JAIL (PRESENT TIME)


GWEN
Oh my God Eddie, I'm so sorry.


EDDIE
I just figured that if I became a reporter, or a photographer, I could make a difference. Protect people by exposing evil. But Spider-Man took that away.


GWEN
Eddie, I'm sorry about your past. No one should have to go through what you did. You can't keep blaming other people though. It's turning you into a monster. Accept responsibility. You can still be a hero.


EDDIE
I...I gotta go.
Eddie walks through the doorway and is brought back to his cell by the guards.


EXT. NEW YORK STREETS, NIGHT
Peter Parker is walking by himself to the hospital to see Aunt May. Peter is deep in thought, the incident earlier is still haunting him.


PETER (V.O)
It seems like no matter what I do, it never changes. Nothing is better than it was before, before Spider-Man.


Peter walks by people argueing, here's angry screaming from the apartment windows above him.


PETER (V.O)
This world is full of no good, selfish people. I've let so many criminals off easy, let them just go. Usually they end up walking too. Why do I even bother? I try to do good and what happens, the ones I love are put in danger, just so some criminal can walk. I'm so sick of it!


INT. HOSPITAL ROOM AUNT MAY
Peter enters the room and Aunt May smiles at her nephew.


AUNT MAY
Peter...what a pleasant surprise.


PETER
Hey Aunt May. How are you doing?


AUNT MAY
I'm doing just fine. They just want to keep this old hag in the hospital for while for observation. But I'm fine.


PETER
They just want to keep you here because you're the most beautiful woman here.


AUNT MAY
Oh Peter.


PETER
Aunt May, there is something I need to tell you.
(beat) I don't know how to start.


AUNT MAY

PETER
Uh...(V.O) I'm not ready to tell her. (End V.O) MJ and I have rescheduled our wedding.


AUNT MAY
Oh, that's nice dear.


There is a long silence between the two. Peter decides to put on the tv and they watch the news together.


NEWSCASTER
It was a beautiful day here in New York, most people left theirhouses and took a quiet walk in the park.
Camera Man scans the park, a thwip is heard and the camera man pans up to see Spider-Man swing from building to building.


NEWSCASTER
Looks like the people of New York aren't the only ones who thought today was a beautiful day.


PETER (V.O)
Today was far from beautiful.


AUNT MAY
What's it like Peter?


PETER
(taken out of thought) Hmm?


AUNT MAY
To swing from building to building like that.


Peter is shocked by this remark made by Aunt May.


PETER
What?...How?...Huh?


AUNT MAY
Peter... there is a reason they've been keeping me here. I have cancer.


EXT. CHURCH - Night



GWEN STACEY (O.S)
I come to you today, not for myself, but for Eddie Brock.


INT. CHURCH
Gwen Stacey is sitting in a seat praying. While this is happening we see the point of view of the symbiote, moving towards her.


GWEN
He has a good heart, somewhere deep down, he IS a good person. Please, show him the light. Show him that he does not have to be a monster.


The symbiote is under the benches and close to Gwens leg. The symbiote latches onto Gwen


GWEN
Amen.


INT. PETER'S APARTMENT
Peter sits on his bed by Mary Jane. They are both deeply troubled by the news of Aunt May's illness.


PETER
I don't know anymore Mary Jane. I just don't know.


MARY JANE
Peter, you can't blame yourself for this. There is nothing you could have done.


PETER
Your right...all these stupid powers! And there's nothing I can do to save the ones I l-ak


Peter burst into tears as fells onto Mary Janes laps. Tear slowly stream down Mary Janes cheek as she tries to comfort him.


MARY JANE (clearly a lump in her throat) Its all right Tiger...shhhhh...


The camera moves out the window into the starry night and then looks down onto Ravencroft.


EXT. RAVENCROFT - NIght



EDDIE BROCK (O.S)
You're close now, I can feel you.


INT. RAVENCROFT
BROCK
You found me, just like I knew you would.


The voice of Kletus Kassady comes in from the wall next to him.


KASSADY (O.S)
Talking to yourself huh Brock? I told you that you was crazier than me, man! Hahahahah!


EDDIE BROCK
ShutUp Kassady, I'll eat you alive!


KASSADY (O.S)
Oooohhh, Big words coming from the wall!


GUARD (O.S)
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Eddie looks up, listening.


EDDIE
No! You didn't do that!


Antoher guard screams in the distance, this time closer.


EDDIE
Not like this! Get off of her!


A claw shows around the corner followed by a long tongue. The camera zooms in on the corner, as SHE-VENOM pokes her head around. The crooked smile on her face grows into an almost scary looking grin.


SHE-VENOM
Eddie, don't you want us? Don't you love us Eddie? Eddie...Eddie...Eddie...


The symbiote pulls back to show Gwen's face.


GWEN
Eddie, please, take it away from me Eddie! Get it off me! Please Eddie! HELP ME-ak


The symbiote covers back over her face.


EDDIE
Get off of her, now! Come to me, don't let her suffer.


LAST RESORT - PAPA ROACH PLAYS


The symbiote leaves Gwen and latches onto Eddie. The symbiote crawls it's way onto Eddie's body.


EDDIE
Yes...Yes...(The voice becomes more disorted as the symbiote takes over) YES! The symbiote forms around Eddie's head, we can see the fangs and eyes forming.


VENOM
Yes! Together again!


Gwen Stacy is on the ground very weak, crawling with her arm outstretched towards Eddie.


GWEN (almost a whisper) Eddie...no...don't let it take over.


VENOM
There is no more Eddie Brock! Only Venom!


GWEN
No...


Gwen passes out on the ground. Venom punches threw the concrete wall and jumps out the hole made by him.


INT. KLETUS KASSADY'S CELL


KASSADY
No, it should be mine! MINE! GIVE IT TO ME! GIVE! IT! TO! ME!


As Kassady freaks out, the camera zooms in to a red symbiote crawling up the back of his neck.
 
Great stuff so is Gwen is going to fall in love with Eddie? When will you upload more?
 
Well, I don't know fall in love as much as become a better friend. I'm really not to sure about that at this point.
 
EXT. NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE


SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
How come whenever I need a good baddie to pound, there's never one around?


Cut to Spider-Man swinging through the city on patrol.


SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
I mean, whenever I am in a good mood, there's always something to come and counter it. Now that I need to take out some agression, not-a-one bad guy, not even a mugging.


Spider-Man swings by the now repaired church, a bride and groom emerge from the doors as showers of rice and confetti fall upon them. They make their way towards their car and drive off.


SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
That should've been me. Mary Jane deserves that, for all I put her through. How come whenever it feels like I get one step ahead, some genetically altered lunatic has to come and knock me two steps back? I mean, when am I ever going to catch a break? Everything is always so tangled. ...haha...tangled. Web. Hahaha..


A big BOOM goes off in the distance.


SPIDER-MAN
Haha! Bingo!


Spider-Man swings to the top of a building to peer down the other side when his spider-sense goes off.


SPIDER-MAN
Uh oh.


A Car flies up past the building and spider-man dogdes it only by inches. Spider-Man rushes over to where the car is hurtling towards


SPIDER-MAN
Hey, people! See big car flying at your face? You should probably run!


The car crashes but no body is injured. Spider-Man swings back to the other side of the building where the cops are facing off against THE RHINO.



The RHINO towers over Spider-Man.


THE RHINO
I tells ya, youse peoples better back off!


Spider-Man swings across Rhino, kicking him in the face.


SPIDER-MAN
Whoa bro. Steroids, not the answer, and they ain't making that horn on your head any bigger.



RHINO
I'm going to crush you real good like. Teeny Spider-Bug.


Spider-Man webs up the Rhino's eyes.


SPIDER-MAN
Can't crush what you can't see smart one.


Rather than stunning the Rhino, this just makes the Rhino go on a chaotic rampage. Charging everywhere and ramming anything that he come into contact with. Cars are flying into buildings as people duct for cover.


SPIDER-MAN
Good going webhead. I've got to think this one out.


Near by there is an electicity generator that powers the block. Spider-Man webs to the top of it.



SPIDER-MAN
Hey Big Foot, come and get me!


The blinded Rhino charges towards Spider-Mans voice, impaling his horn into the generator. Electicity is sent through the Rhino's body, causing him to lose consiousness.


SPIDER-MAN
Well, that hit the spot.



INT. SEWERS
EDDIE BROCK (O.S)
There's no place like...


INT. AN ABANDONED MATNENCE ROOM
In this room there is a mattress in the corner, a bench press set, and a small sink.


Eddie Brock

...home. (pause) This is where we found shelter


FLASHBACK
Shows a beaten Venom crawling through the sewers, the symbiote is torn on his body, only half of the Venom face is showing, and the other half a bruised Eddie Brock.


EDDIE BROCK (V.O)
This is where we recovered, became stronger.
Eddie Brock lifting weights.


EDDIE BROCK (V.O)
This is where you taught me the full capabilities of what we could do together, what we could be.


Shows Venom blending in with his environment and symbiote changing to take form of regular street cloths, or anything that Brock wanted it to.


OUT OF FLASHBACK
Eddie Brock sits on a mattress in the side of the room, staring up at the ceiling, thinking.


EDDIE BROCK
Mom...


Eddie Brock looks to his side where he hung up a picture of him and his mother.


EDDIE BROCKS MOTHER (V.O)
You'll always be my hero, Eddie...protecting the innocent.


EDDIE BROCK
Innocent...


Eddie Brock sits up.


EDDIE BROCK
Proctecting the Innocent. A lethal protector.


Eddie Brock gets up and walks towards the door, the symbiote coming over him as he walks.


EDDIE BROCK
The rapist, murderers, muggers, drug dealers of this city, will get a taste of their own medicine, they will get a taste of...


The symbiote covers Eddie Brocks head, Eddie Brock is now Venom.


VENOM
Venom!


INT. HOSPITAL ROOM
Peter Parker is sitting at Aunt May's bedside.


PETER
I don't know anymore Aunt May, every time I try to make things better, something worse comes along. Is it worth it? Is it worth all this danger that I am putting MJ in?...you in?


AUNT MAY
Peter, I'm proud of you, and so would your Uncle Ben. You know what he told me when you came to live with us?


(FLASHBACK)
We are back at the old Parker house in Queens. Richard and Mary Parker arrive at the door. A slightly younger Ben Parker answers the door.


BEN
Richard!


Ben hugs his brother and then looks over at May


BEN
and who could forget Mary? You've been keeping an eye on my little brother?


MARY(smiling) Of course Ben.


BEN
So where is the little sport?


RICHARD
Gee, uh Mary, where did he dissapear too?


EXT. SMALL GARDEN IN FRONT OF HOUSE
A small boy, about 7 years of age with large round glasses, is examing a spider crawling crawling on a flower peddle.


PETER
Hiya little fella.


Uncle Ben walks behind the corner.


UNCLE BEN
Hey bud.


PETER
Uncle Ben!


Peter jumps into Uncle Bens arms.


PETER
Guess what Uncle Ben?


UNCLE BEN
What's that sport?


PETER
I did a report on spiders in my class and there are soooooo many types of spiders. Some are almost the size of your hand!


UNCLE BEN
Whoa, that big huh?


PETER
Yeah, yeah, and there not insect either, their arachnids, because they have eight legs instead of six.


UNCLE BEN
Isn't that something? I did not know that.
(beat)
Uncle Ben leans down to whisper into Peter's ear.


UNCLE BEN
Hey Champ, your Aunt May just bought some of that cookie-dough ice cream that you love, why don't you run inside and get some.


PETER (eyes wide) Cookie Dough! All right!


Peter runs through the doorway, almost knocking over his mother. Uncle Ben walks up to Richard and Mary, suddenly they are very serious. Inside the door we can hear Aunt May reading a story to Peter while he eats ice cream.


RICHARD
He'll be ok here? Right Ben.


UNCLE BEN
He can stay as long as needed, it's always a pleasure to have him around. May and I adore him.


MARY
Richard, we have to go or we're going to miss the plane.


UNCLE BEN
Hey, you two be careful over there. Got it?


RICHARD
We'll be fine Ben.


Uncle Ben and Richard hug.


UNCLE BEN
You get yourselves back here.


RICHARD
We'll be back in time for some of May's wheat cakes.



AUNT MAY and PETER walk up to them, Peter runs into his mothers arms.


PETER
Do you really have to go mom?


MARY
Don't worry Petey, we'll be back as soon as we can.


AUNT MAY
We'll take good care of him.


MARY
Thank you May.


Peter, Mary, and Richard hug, we get the feeling that this will be last time they see each other. Mary kisses Peter on the head.


RICHARD
Take care bud.


They leave.


UNCLE BEN
So, Pete, you wanna go to the baseball field and play some catch.


PETER
Ummm, no thank you Uncle Ben. I think I'm just going to go up to my room and read for a bit, I'm on the chapter about how spiders help people.
Peter walks up the stairs.


AUNT MAY
Such an intelligent boy. Isn't he Ben? Just like his parents.


UNCLE BEN
You got that right May, he is a special boy, and mark my words, he's going to change the world one day.


Cut to Peters room, Peter is reading his spider book and we fade back into adult Peter's face. We're now back in present time. A tear streams down Peter's face.


AUNT MAY
He was right. What you do under that mask, the way you help others in danger. This city needs a hero, this city needs Spider-Man, especially in these dark times we face. You are the only source of light the world has, shine Petey, shine strong.


Peter nods his head.


AUNT MAY
Your Uncle Ben would be so proud of you right now if he was here.


PETER
He is here Aunt May. (Peter puts his hand to his heart and hers) He's always been here.

The CSI and press are at the jail, investigating and reporting the break out. Jameson walks in. Followed by a young photographer. Kassady is staring at a wall inside his cell, head slumped to the side.



JAMESON

What's going on here? Get a picture of that!



YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHER

Yes Mr. Jameson.



JAMESON

You hear me!? What is going on here?!



Jameson walks up to the lady who looks to be in charge.



LADY

Get a sample over there! Whose questioning Stacey?! Don't touch that!



JAMESON

J.Jameson, Daily Bugle, what happened here, isn't this where Eddie Brock is being held? And who the hell are you!?



LADY

Detective DeWolfe. (looking towards another officer) Briggs! I told you not to let the press in here!



JAMESON

Hey, you listen here lady, I have a right to be here!



Dewolfe

Yeah, sure you do? Briggs, can you please do your job and get this guy out of my crime scene! AND GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF HERE!



BRIGGS (startled)

Ye-yes ma'am.


JAMESON

You wait just one second DeCoyote! I'll take this to-


Kassady is now up against the cell bars.



KASSADY

Hey. flattop, how'd you like an interview?



EXT. NIGHT TIME NEW YORK BACK ALLEY



A young lady, about 23 years old runs down the alley, followed by a bunch of laughing muggers.



MUGGER 1

Come on sweetie, I just want one little kiss.



Mugger 2

Just a little smoochie smooch!



YOUNG LADY

Please, just take my money. Just leave me alone! P-please.



MUGGER 3

Whats a matter baby? Don't like it a little rough?



The Shadow of a figure in a black leather jacket appears behind the muggers.


FIGURE

Scum.



MUGGER 1

What was that tough guy?



FIGURE

Your scum, I don't think I studdered.



MUGGER 1

Lookey here boys, we got ourselves a hero.



MUGGER 2

Ay, what does he be thinking he spider-man or sumthin?


FIGURE

Trust me, you'll wish I was.



The black jacket bursts into tendrils that covers figure's body, VENOM steps into the light.



MUGGER 3
What the hell!? G-G-Get back! (takes out a gun)



The smile on Venom's face grows wider. Venom shoots a web at the gun and pulls it off, also breaking the muggers wrist. The mugger screams in pain. Faster than any of the muggers can react, Venom is on top of them. Brutally beating them. Venom lets out a laugh.



VENOM

Not so tough now, are you!


MUGGER 1

Please just show us mercy!



VENOM

Mercy? What is this mercy? Were you going to show her mercy? WERE YOU!?



MUGGER 2 (spits in Venoms face)

You ain't going to do squat.



VENOM

Oh really? Snack time!



Venom drags the muggers into the dark, we hear their bones crack. The young lady is paralyzed in fear, obviously traumatized by what she has just witnessed. Venom walks out of the darkness, Eddie Brocks face showing.



EDDIE BROCK

Are you okay miss? They won't be bothering you anymore.



YOUNG LADY

Please, just stay away from me. Just STAY AWAY!



The young lady runs away from Brock and out of sight, screaming.



EDDIE BROCK

Was it something I said?
 
Cool is Eddie really doing it to be a hero or is he just doing it to stick his finger up at spidey?
 
SHe-Venom was a bad idea. And Peter says too many lines out of character "You're the most beautiful woman" way too cheesy and "tangled...haha...tangled.web! HA!" sounds more like Peter Griffin than Peter. But you've been getting better and have hit Spider-Man's banters spot-on!

I actually got that line from a similar one in the comics from stracynskis run. It could have probably been delivered better on my part though. Yeah I feel as though I need a lot of work with romance too. I think I try to pound it in rather than have it be natural. Thanks for the feedback, constructive critism is always welcome.



And redhood, Venom is trying to be a hero but he still does have that predatory part of him. Itll all unfold soon dont worry. Thanks again for your feedback and Interest.
