*****Spider-Man New Costume Concept*****

The_Ones challenged me to come up with a new Spider-Man costume concept. This is what I came up with. Oh, and please do ignore the "Spider-Guy" and the joke-like speech bubbles. Please comment mainly on the costume.

I do like the inverted red and blue. but the actual costume design itself could use some work. The light grey/blue that's always in shadow, and the design on the chest just doesn't flow as well as the original.

Not feeling it. The design on the chest really throws it off. It doesn't really resemble a spider. At all.

Yeah that damn spider on the chest is crappy and I think the blue/grey color should be a bit lighter if not the red lighter....

It's decent but needs some changes IMO.

Yeah, the squid was a bit of a joke. I was just screwing around with the logo, and ended up with a squid. :P

I'll see what I can do with the logo. Of course, the costume was supposed to be dark. Oh well.

All right. I tried something different. This logo looks more like a mantis than a spider, but some sort of storyline could fix that 'problem'. I might just be too creative with the spider for my own good.
