Not trying to be mean, but do you read comics?
IF the Hulk is not WEAKER than superman, then he is at best in the same category as supes.
Combine that with the fact that Superman is so much faster than Spidey that Spidey DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE ABILITY to react to Superman moving at full speed, and it's a one flick fight (you'll note I said flick, because Supes doesn't even need to punch poor lil' SPidey, a flick from a single finger would do the trick)

On top of that, add Superman's invulnerability, his heat vision (which moves at the speed of light i.e. impossible to dodge) his frost breath, and the fact that Superman's senses are so heightened he can literally HEAR Spiderman's muscles contracting for a leap (think Daredevil, but MUCH better) and this fight should be over in under thirty seconds.

The only reasonable excuse for voting Spider-man would be if you had NO IDEA who Superman was.
