Spider-Man can lift 10 tons, move at about 90-100 mph and has inhuman agility, stamina, and durability, as well as his "spider-sense" that warns of danger and web-shooters.

Superman's strength has never really been calculated but it's at least in the 100 ton class, perhaps even greater, as a recent "Secret Files/Who's Who" type DC deal put Superman's strength LIMIT at about 4,000 tons, which is rather ridiculous but on the other hand staggering. Although he has pushed the moon once.

Im pretty sure it stated he could lift the pyramids of Egypt, that weight over 6.5 mega tons, but as you said thats ridiculous. He's proven that he can move anything short a earth sized planet, without being sundipped. A punch from the green goblin (A being who can physically compete with spiderman) would be comparable to an oxygen molecule bouncing off ones skin, compared to a Superman level punch.
