and yes, MY complaints would CLEARLY be MY personal complaints... but like others have posted, they've agree with MY complaints, so looks like MY complaints are shared .

Agreed, Paragon was super cheap. But I loved the character design for Nemesis. The thing with 5 fingers didn't bother me (to be honest I didn't even notice )

but there was nothing wrong with Elektra. a red jump suit wouldn't have really fit the game as well...even Spidey did not have his regular red and blues but a slick movie-like suit.

To further my point here are some pics to show you that it wasn't a totally original design choice, but a choice made to make the style of the characters more consistent.

not sure what you mean exaclty... the 2nd pic i dont see how it relates to anything at all... but the first was the comic based off the game... and im sure the "dark theme" and "style choice" came from more of the imperfect characters... but still.. some of the designs were just off... elektra and storm being my least favorite, venom and daredevil probably being the best designed marvel characters... and paragon and that chick who could teleport with the black clouds being probably the top 2 best designed imperfects. I just didnt feel like the imperfects were needed... you could have had the boss still be in it, but just have him attach his stuff to other marvel characters and "warp them"


as for web of shadows... im really excited to see who all cameos in the game, im surprised we havent seen many spidey villains (just venom, vulture, and kingpin)

bud i guarantee you everone but little kids have unlocked everyone in that game... you mentioned excellent reasons why it was good.. but there are SEVERAL why it was bad too..

-Character design (thing with 5 fingers?, ru paul storm? goth elektra?

-lack of moves... half the time you play it, it becomes an item throw fest

-lack of balance, good luck using elektra or wolverine against ironman or even magneto

-lack of characters.. sorry but there were VERY few characters for a fighting game imo... even DC vs MK has mor then that


and Paragon was one of the CHEAPEST fighters of the game...

I know where it came from...thats what I posted it. If you want you can list characters that were off in your opinion and I can find artwork that influenced EA. I really don't mind actually. All characters were based off of one artists design or another.

and actually i knew of the sequel to the game when they first announced it.. and the trailer for it looked amazing. I was all for them improving on the game, thank you very much.

dude ive seen absolutely no one on here agree with you on anything you posted about the game, other then the stuff at even i agreed with you on that were good. your coming off as a no it all blow hard. calm the frick down man.

did i ever say the game was hard? no... i said 1 character.. thats 1 character, not the game, was cheap... and was it the AI? no... it was playing with my friend. Paragon is a cheap character due to the fact she pretty much has everyone power. Does that mean i suck at the game? no... just means i suck against playing with my roomate when he's paragon...

i find the reasons i've listed as reason why it's not an awesome game, the poor and limited combo's and moves, character designs, limited stages, the imperfects, the unbalanced characters, and the small roster (for what i'm use to in a fight game) things that keep this game away from being awesome. I love love love the destructibility, I can't tell you how much i love throwing the daily bugle letters at people, its a blast. Other things that bug me would be the fact that characters like storm, iron man, and the human torch have limited flight (it's kinda ridiculous seeing the human torch running around on the ground in hand to hand combat).
