I like all the Spiderman sequels and they get better and better each time. This would have happened with Superman also had Donner been able to remain on as director. And I am pissed that it didn't happen and that in part 3 we got Richard Pryor instead of some really awesome villian and great action sequences. And four could have been GREAT as well had they spent the time and money on the picture. UGH!!!! Chris and Margot would have been huge!!!!

Chris and Margot were as big stars in the late 70's/early 80's as Tobey and Kirsten are now.

Superman III does have a really awesome villain - the Evil Superman, the best villain of the series. And it does have atleast one great action sequence - the junkyard battle.

Anyway, why are you upset? The series has continued with Superman Returns, which is essentially an alternative Superman III, and the next movie is promised to have huge fight scenes.

Because I wanted Chris and Margot to have had 4 successful movies, not Brandon and Kate.

I'll have to disagree there, while I thought Spider-man 2 was better on first viewing I now find it unwatchable and from what I've read concerning 3 it's only geting more tedius.
