World Spidey Suits & Suit Creation methods. - Part 1

Hi. I just found this today and I gotta say you guys are awesome!!! :D I was hoping if one of guys could make a simple suit for me of my own design? It's my own version of a spider-man suit and does not require a brick pattern or any thing other then lenses, a spider on the front and back and removable boots, gloves and mask. Please ive been trying to get this suit made and no one I've found on the internet will help me. I just don't have the resources, materials or time to do this. I will pay what ever the cost may be. (oh and there is no webs on the suit unless its not that expensive)

^^ That site is not legit. Do not buy from it.
Clues to this: misspellings on site, made with free website maker, gmail e-mail address, poor image quality, copyright 2011 with 2012 pictures...
I could be wrong about that, but I wouldn't take the chance from that kind of site.
Hope I caught you before you did anything rash.

I think spidey4fun does some requests, if you provide enough info. If you look up spidey4fun on google I'm sure you'll find his site. Contact him from there.

Well I remembered I tried to once but he never replied.

Why not try to make the suit yourself, it's more work but a lot more fun! And leaves space for additional improvements, ideas etc :) Seems like you don't have 'money problems' xD

Here's a link for a spandex suit if you wanna go that way. Depending on the type of the suit you want, you can order one or two suits (red and blue?) and have teh parts sewed on the other. You can ask for $2 extra removable gloves/mask/feet/eyeholes.. as you can see in the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/261039288124? item=261039288124&var=560128065667&ViewItem=#ht_2553wt_1396
I ordered from there and it turned out to be great. Still working on the suit though, trying to get all the possible details xP
Anyway, if the price is really not a problem I would recommend trying to make one yourself. ;)

Out of all the ppl I've tried asking about making a Ultimate Spidey suit for me nobody has responded yet so looks like I'm on my own =/

Think I'm gonna buy a morph suit and customize it with fabric markers and get lenses for the mask then move on from there

You'll be asked for a link, make sure the link is a direct link to the image... like this. http://i.imgur.com/Uy8Iw.png

:)

How do I post a picture that I have on my computer?

You need to upload it first, from your computer to some image-hostig website. Example that I often use: http://imageshack.us/

Click on that link, then under 'Upload:' click on 'Browse' to find the image you want to upload from your computer. After you've decided and selected the image, you can also resize it under 'Image resize:' (for forums it's usually the best to leave it at 800x600). Then you click UPLOAD NOW and wait 'till the image is uploaded, choose the 'Forum code' from the list and copy/paste it to your post. It may ask your e-mail adress after uploading but it's just for 'Signing up' and making sure you're not a bot. And that's it! :)

hey, guys. love these suits! i've been lurking on here for nearly 10yrs and decided to finally join officially. i've owned a few dye sub spidey suits, and just this week, got the new version from Mclean at the rpf. i'm in the process of adding small portions of paint to make some details jump out a bit more.

I'm not sure if that's a question but if it is, for a 'classic' spidey suit you'd need blue and red spandex suit. I used blue one as 'base', than sewed the red pieces on. Few pages back there's more detailed explanation :) Hope it helps!

Does anyone have a HD pdf file of the spiderman 2012 version costume? I really want to make a spidy suit myself.

If anyone has, please mail the file to [email protected] pretty please:>

Nice one, jrmtz543! :yay:

I've been lazy with the suit updates, but it's going well... almost done, only missing the pattern from the waist down and on both gloves.
Still, I had to wear it to a Halloween party but as you see it's not complete.. yet :D
