I'm really excited, while I'm not too thrilled about the story but I'm open to it. Glad they put thoughts of loot box and pay to win to rest.

So I never put any weight into a shared gaming universe because it seems so impractical. However, in Spider-man PS4 there is a line of dialog that can trigger when taking a picture of Avengers Tower where Spidey says "Avengers tower is so cool, too bad they're never around to use it, I think they're currently on the west coast" Interesting thing to point out.

I also pretty much guarantee the exclusive PS4 content is going to be Spider-man most likely with the Insomniac suit.

Ugh! The lineup is based off of the original MCU. That may have been okay were it 10 years ago. This game already seems outdated

I'm pretty certain they already said they'll be adding more heroes. They already teased Ant-man, I'm willing to bet several new characters will be announced before launch and post launch content will include character. It's just the starting line-up

There were glimpses of gameplay concept which looked pretty great. I get somewhat an Arkham feel in terms of quality, I really hope the combat is smooth.

Hulk is Hulk!! No liberties taken on alternate versions of him, but just plan old Hulk smash, and I’m good with that!! I'm preordering!!

They couldn't have picked a less interesting starting roster of characters to pick from. Like, I knew all those characters would be there, but they couldn't even throw in Black Panther? Doctor Strange? Captain Marvel?

Cap's design especially is awful. I saw somebody put it next to a shot from Spaceballs lmao. The designs feel like they lean too much towards the movies and not enough of just being their own thing. I think the Spidey game had pretty successful redesigns as it was all pretty rooted in the comics and balanced it out by leaning over their own direction to a healthy degree.

I'd actually like if the designs would look more like the Movies. It kinda looks like they went even a step further and tried to ground the design even more in realism. I would have barely noticed Taskmaster, had it not been for his skull mask. He looks so toned down.

It looks like a game that can be played on the ipad or one of those tie-in Ipad games.

The weird thing about this is giving to Crystal Dynamics in the first place. They are good at what they do, but this isn't what they do. This is what Square Enix proper would do. And it shows, and that makes me sad.

The issue is, they probably can't use the likness or looks from the movies. Because then they'd have to pay the actors.

Weird character designs but I wouldn't call them super terrible. I like Bruce Banner's!

The story is interesting enough with a good concept. The brief moments of gameplay wasn't that bad. Free dlc characters is nice!
