I just realized that everything in the beta most likely remains in the beta such as progress. In the full game I'll have to redo the missions and collect everything up again.

It probably was overall but for a beta, we got like 3 or 4 big story missions, a training mode, unlockable content and some co op missions from the war table

Maybe it isn't. But this is quite long for a beta/demo. Some even leveled up their characters up to level 13.

As soon as the actual game arrives I’m going to level my cap to 39 and get that iconic red, white and blue costume.

At least they haven't screwed up that costume. I've been hating a lot of their design aesthetuc so far tbh. They've done a piss poor job of translating the Iron-man armours especially, Cap's default costume is an eyesore and Taskmaster looks like he got his costume from a costume store having a post-Halloween sale.

Itsvery inspired from the line up of the MCU. I'm not complaining about it. I just wish we are all getting these 15 characters neXt month. Rather than wait for them for years.

The character models and default costumes have grown on me. Some skins look cool to me and others are meh.

I'm glad most of the gear are body upgrades than random weird gear

Sadly not, they've said that nothing will carry over to the full game except the couple beta-exclusive nameplates you can get. Everything else will reset, including your character progress.

MCU skins as in costumes and/or the faces? If the latter, I reckon Squeenix/Sony would have to pay royalties to the actors.

But why play looking like Chris Evans when your Captain America can wear the colours of corporations like Verizon?!

ALL of the costumes I've seen on these guys so far is so off putting to me.
Just give me the MCU costumes and they'll get my money. Only saving grace for me until its a $20.00 bin purchase. Facts.

One theme for each Avenger and then one with the group. You get avatars too. Sadly only available in US & Germany with the 5Gum purchases but I love decorating my PS4 with some Avengers stuff, I'm pretty excited.

Seriously though, I'm expecting something big for the villain in the main campaign.

MODOK as a main villain is a good and interesting choice but there has be other major villains in the game than just as bosses or cameos.

I do have to wonder if this game went through some big changes in development at a time where the industry thought live services were the best money makers.

I still hope we get a triple A singleplayer Avengers game at some point.

Well, I've read the spoilers and if you guys really want to know what other bosses appear

Modok IS the big bad guy, sorry but there are no surprise behind the scenes bad guys here, the kree are part of the campaign and appear towards the end but there's no confirmation in the game files or trophy list that a big kree bad guys shows up, just them as a race appear. The game files only show 3 boss comic book characters in the game with a few Avengers level bad guys that have files but no move sets so maybe they appear in an update later on
