I want a better SW: The Clone Wars animated series type game. They could have done better with that failed attempt - Republic Heroes.

He also said that there's a new commercial for the announcement on Spike that possibly contains some hints. Anyone seen it? We'll find in a few days, but still...I'm very curious.

I'd really like Battlefront 3 but since it's a new franchise there are a couple things I'd like to see. A Boba Fett game is long overdue. Either a specific mission of his or something that bounces around his history would be great. I also wouldn't mind something set after ROTJ.Finally I'd absolutely love a Darth Maul game. I think something based on the Ron Marz Maul graphic novel would be boss.

I really enjoyed TFU. I liked the story, characters and the gameplay was decent. With TFU II, I think they improved on some of the gameplay elements, but overall was a disappointment compared to the first game.

Anyway...I found a commercial that Spike is airing.


I wonder if that "Welcome to your destiny..." line is from the new game. It sounds really familiar to me, but I can't figure out if it's the phrase that sounds familiar, the actor, or both.

I really enjoyed tfu and while the sequel showed such promise, it was a huge let down. Hopefully this new game will make up for it.

The First Force Unleashed had a great story and great characters. I believe it was pretty much universally praised for that as well. It was much more than a "tech demo"

Id really like to see another RPG epic along the lines of KOTOR, however i think we are all going to be really disappointed by the announcement. I dont think its going to be nearly as cool as Keighly is leading us to believe.

I don't think it was a cash grab - at least from the developer's end. There was a lot of drama in the studio during the development of this game - issues that caused the head of the games dev team to quit halfway through. These issues are ultimately what caused the game to suffer so much. Issues or no, what they DID end up delivering was a smack in the face to consumers. I felt so ripped off when I finished the game...and NEVER get mad about video games.

i wish Lucasarts would port some of their classic games from the 90s & early 00s onto the PS3 & XB-360

at the very least, it would be cool to get the Star Wars Arcade game on there

My money is on something to do with either Kinect/Move or WiiU.

I really doubt the next big Star Wars franchise, as they're calling it, will be a Kinect/Move, or Wii U only game. I can definitely see it having Kinect and/or Move support though.
