ComingSoon.net/Superhero Hype! was given a sneak preview of Hasbro's new toy line-up for the upcoming Spider-Man 3, Transformers, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Ghost Rider movies, as well as new toys to commemorate Star Wars' 30th Anniversary and G.I. Joe's 25th Anniversary.

You can find pictures of the products here!

Some of the highlights include figures based on the new characters debuting in Spider-Man 3, including Sandman, New Goblin, Venom and Spidey in his black costume. These toys will be available on March 24 as will the very cool Deluxe Spinning Web Blaster, which shoots realistic webbing using special fluid and can also blast water. There are a number of new Venom figures including a couple which come with Ooze Attack action AKA slime! They also have a new Spider-Man vs. Venom Blaster Set, which is a game using Nerf dart guns.

The only toys from the Transformers line that could be photographed were the prototype for the Ultimate Bumblebee mechanical toy in both forms, the similar Optimus Prime figure in both his forms, the Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet and an Optimus Prime Arm Blaster which also transforms (Watch a clip of the transformation!)

Hasbro's "Fantastic Four" line-up includes new figures of the Silver Surfer and a new Fantasticar like the one in the film, which separates into three sections. Hasbro also has a new Ghost Rider figure complete with flaming Skull Cycle.

Star Wars is celebrating its 30th Anniversary in July and Hasbro has a full line of new figures to commemorate - each which will come with a collectable commemorative coin. The Star Wars and Transformers are also coming together for a full line of transforming figures, including a very cool Darth Vader figure that transforms into the Death Star, which will be available in the Fall.

During the tour, we also got a first look at Activision's new Transformers multi-platform video game, which we'll have more about in the next day or so.

So the celebration is in July for whatever reason, the DVDs could come out then.

I'd love to see the deleted scenes from Episode IV or even "The Lost Cut of The Star Wars" that was featured in Star Wars Insider back in late '98. Basically they put together a rough cut that didn't have any effects just to see how it was going. They weren't finished filming and from the article it had a cinema verite feel with alternate angles/takes and other deleted scenes. 30-40% different feel.

That's another thing we could well get, there was a noticeable absence of deleted scenes from the '04 OT set.

Yeah, I would love to see that.
