Star Wars: The RPG ~ Episode VII: Trials of a New Republic
I'm very interested in joining this RPG.

What more do you need? God to appear before you and say, if you do not play this RPG I shall smite you?
But I already told Trusty that last night?![]()
I was only hesitant about that wording because it sounds like there's never been a republic. My favorite thus far. Definitely captures the premise of the first season in a nutshell.![]()
By God, do you mean you. And by smite, do you mean ****?
Lemy Kilmeister, of course.
Also, to help out myself and Wieg, I'm adding Andy C as an AGM.
Don't **** it up now.![]()

"Free lightsabers, come here"?I'll add a second part to that question;
What form would Luke's message to the surviving Jedi around the galaxy take?
So much anger. Do it. Unleash your anger...show me the rage inside you!Shut up, or I'll free my lightsaber and **** you up the ***
Ahem. Carry on.
Hmmm...it appears my faith in the padawan was...misplaced.So...much...innuendo...can't.....focus mind....
*falls down electrical shaft*
Curious...how would we go about new Jedi's sprouting? What I mean is...how would the whole "recruitment" process of Luke Skywalker's new Jedi school be done?

I always hated that Jedi survived the purge to begin with. Obi-Wan, Yoda, Luke, and Leia. That's it. All others died. It's like how Kryptonians come out of the woodwork in DC. It completely ruins the intrigue of the character(s).I'm hoping to get to that very problem as long as I get my application up in time.
The way I see it, the New Jedi Order would still be in its infancy, as Luke has only had time to train a handful of Knights, who in turn have just started taking on apprentices themselves. Luke's still getting a lot of advice from the spirits of Obi-Wan and Yoda, and has been working with the New Republic to find Force Sensitives and send them his way. Of course, what with him being somewhat of an unwilling celebrity, a lot of people would be seeking out Skywalker on their own.
I always hated the idea of their being tons of Jedi that just kinda happened to sleep through the Rebellion and never thought of taking a shot at the Emperor themselves. It really cheapens the whole 'last of the Jedi' thing that Yoda was talking about in RotJ.
If we do have old Jedi pop up, the NJO's official stance on them would more or less be "gee, thanks for nothing."
