Starting A Proposition?

How does a person get a proposition going to be voted on. I am wanting put some props on the table in my state for the next election. But I am unsure on how to go about doing it.

Depends on your state. Different states have different regulations for propositions.

Oh.

1. I want to make it illegal to do credit checks when renting apartments. I think this is incredibly wrong. & usually a persons credit does not reflect there ability to pay rent.

2. & try to at at least legalize Marijuana for meddy perps.

What state are you in? Medical marijuana is legal here.
