i dont live in chicago, and i never go there, but i looked it up on google. pretty simple.

Yeah it is an easy system to navigate. Try transitchicago.com if you are going to start somewhere in Chi (even an intersection) and put in the Navy Pier Imax address- it will give you door to door directions via the transit system.

Let's not let this escalate to everyone showing up way to early- if we all post 6, then 5 to be safe, then "not taking chances, 4", we are all gonna end up there so damn early for a 7 minute prologue and a t-shirt or poster or mask or whatever...

I'll get there a bit early, but I hope to God that we don't have to show up midday to get in. To be honest, they have several showings that day, including a 5:00 (or 5:30?) Boewolf so I think the theater might not accommodate loiterers and everyone will have to sit outside in the cold anyways...

what kind of shirts do they have

one of them is one that says why so serious in the typical joker font and says the dark knight summer 07, and then each head PA had their own special shirt made that their little...groups got to wear(i think thats how it worked, anybody that knows correct me if im wrong)...most of them basically have the bat symbol and the dark knight summer 2007 on them or the shirts they were selling towards the end of shooting...nothing fancy, but still better than what i have...which is nothing. about 90% of the PAs go to my school and are in the film department so i see them alot and i simmer with silent jealous rage.

I was just confused by the whole rumors of go see I am Legend IMAX and see the prologue of TDK, and see it in normal theaters and get the teaser trailer... So somebody please fill us all in on what was shown.
Sadly I have to work till 8p on Thurs. and hand to God I work in a Bakery! This is just so cruel.

Oh man that would have rocked. Now I'm waiting for someone to pull a prank at the place I work (It's close to the city.) I think I would pass out if anyone came in and asked me to write "why so serious" on a cake or something else like that.

Holy rusted metal Batman! You're on to something there... I couldnt even fathom what they could come up with next. Maybe early screening to the film in July?

You're probably right... I'm curious to see if anyone is able to record it on site. They seem to stress pretty hard that no recorders or camera phones of any kind will be allowed in the theater. It sounds like they'll be checking hard.
