Everybody in here is comparing their disatisfactions to X3 with X1 and X2. I will say it again...I loved X1 and X2...period. X3 had a chance to be great but it fell short, but I still liked it and enjoyed it. I am just tired of all the complainers in here...hence the name of the thread title...and have decided to defend it as much as I can.
 Why the heck would it get tyring? Because people complain too much, or you just don't like it when people complain?

For me, and I'm certain many here, it is the constant repitition ad nauseum of the complaints. We know, we get it, we heard it already, repeatedly.

It's difficult and yes, tiresome to come here and see the same things over and over again. Same *****, different day. Thread after thread after thread. Even threads not intended to be ***** threads end up being that way.

When is it going to be safe to come here and not end up neck deep in the same complaints? The movie has been out for two months now. Besides, negativity and ranting and complaining is always difficult to take, regardless of subject.

Oh I get what your saying. The complaints do get tiresome, but I won't say that it is unneccasary...just a little annoying.

But what is there to say now that hasn't already been said time and time again? And in how many threads?

The sword cuts both ways. Hearing that the movie is great over and over again can get annoying itself. Why is it ok to speak positively about the movie, but not negatively?

Frankly, I don't see all that much praise around here lately. Not anymore. I think many who did in fact like what they saw have been driven away. A few hard cores are left, but look around. I mean really look hard around here.

As I stated, it is much harder to take negativity and *****ing, all threads all the time.

This place is really dismal now. It used to be fun, but now? Two months after the thing came out? Dismal and depressing.

Alot of people just did not like the movie. And it's their right to express it. Honestly, I liked it myself but it was still disappointing knowing how epic this movie could have been.

It is ok to complain sure...but when you come on here and hear the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over again, it gets very annoying and I am tired of it. I had complaints about X3 and I voiced them once and got over it. Some people's mission on here seems to get on everyday and repeat their anger with hundreds of posts over the same thing. It is not going to change anything to sit here and type your complaints just as I am not going to change people's attitudes...this is all crazy...I can guarantee you come October...tons of people will be back on here filing their complaints with the dvd...

I second that.:(

Just like how it's some posters' mission is to get on everyday and repeat their love and amazement for this movie with dozens of posts saying so?

But we know. We know. No need to get the needle stuck in the groove.

It changes nothing. Everything that could be said about the movie - good or bad - has been said.

Those who don't like it often have an agenda, attempting to prove their personal disappointments are fact or who are on an anti-Fox or anti-Rothman or anti-Ratner or pro-Singer campaign. And it's been said Bryan Singer's queeny friends are on here stirring it all up.

Jan is right. This ain't a fun place to be. And yet i refuse to let people try to drown everything in hate, even if i have my own issues with the movie.

And coming on here each and everyday and posting the same s***ty complaints isn't going to change anything anyways...not saying it is you. But when someone gets on here and says something positive and defends X3...ME:) ...read past 4 pages for background...then I am immediately barraged by the haters. My second point is this thread. An optimist posts this thread and immediately the negative comments pour in from people who didn't like this movie. The sword is not cut both ways...there are more people, threads, and posts on here devoted to tearing down X3.

It never said it wasn't anyone's right to express an opinion one way or the other. What I, and others here are saying, is that it is tiresome to see the same thing time and time again. The same thing...the same thing...the same thing.

We know. We heard. We get it (despite the claim by some that "we" never will).
In every thread.

This is the first day in a while I have been back on the X-boards because of all the constant flames...the Spidey boards are my home now. I come back here and visit every once in a while but realize that the X3 boards have gone to hell and that there is no reason to be on here. What happened to the Worthy I knew pre-X3. The happy go lucky Worthy...now it is the grrr:mad: Hulk Smash Worthy:(

I guess I missed a lot of stuff in here during my leave of absence for a couple of months.

Yeah. The movie has been out so it's best to really stop complaining about it though. But this is the right thread to do it so their is no reason for anyone to get mad because they didn't have to come on here.

It's because there is no X3 news to discuss. The movie is out, people want something new to talk about, but there isn't anything new... so they get bored, frustrated, start thinking about things too much... The result is complaining and trying to destroy. They're like those kids hanging around towns at night who get bored and then decide to smash windows and cause havoc. That's what people are doing. It happens here when there is nothing new to discuss.

Get yourselves to the Magneto and Wolverine forums and find something constructive to say.

I too took a hiatus from here, figuring over time people would get everything out of their systems and it would be ok to return. I was mistaken.

Because they don't agree with you, they somehow have an agenda?

Maybe that word is the reason you get "barraged". This is a public forum. Praise AND complaints alike are allowed to be posted, no matter how many times.

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! It'll spread there now, particlarly the Wolverine forum.

This thread is the prime example that there are too many complaints. This thread was made for people sick of people's complaints about the movie yet they pour in here, start complaining about the thread and a war breaks out against the factions.

I certainly do not make endless posts about how I love it. I recognise its flaws also and discuss those at length, so do NOT try that one on me.
