Stop Complaining Please! Is Anybody Else Sick of It?!

well, maybe so....but you dont see them making a "Stop praising everything!" thread.

People need to realize that this is the result of what happens when a comic flick fails to meet expectations. People complain about it. Constantly. Some of you act like you're about to get a nervous breakdown because of it. Simply put, there wouldnt be so much complaining if there werent so many flaws.

If you guys are so tired of the complaining here, might i suggest you look for a place where there isnt so much complaining? The Xverse, for example. Most there like the movie.

Yeah, There's this one guy named Juggernaut who judging by the way he uses grammar and spells probably has the same IQ as Vinnie's character in X3 who keeps telling us to be quiet let it go and move on any time we try to have a discussion about any topic

ignore him. He, like many in this thread, seems to be taking the complaints here very seriously, and hes having a hostile reaction to it

Uhm, no. I should not have to LEAVE the board in order to get away from the incescent *****ing. This is a STOP complaining thread that is full of complaints. You don't like the movie? Fine. Keep it in the "designated" threads. Jesus, is that really such a hard concept?

Your absolutely right. Why in the world would I assume that there would a courtesy extended and respect between posters on the board? My bad. How foolish of me to think common sense would prevail and the whiners would realize that "hey, it's a movie. A done movie. B*tch all you want, it ain't changin'."

Leaving the board isn't an issue, i barely come on anymore as it is, because intelligent discourse is swallowed by fanboy ranting. But the point is, that I should not have to. Nor should anyone else who doesn't see X3 as the frikkin' anti-christ of movies.

Do I think it's a great film? No. I disliked the first two as well. But I'm not busting my ass to point out all the flaws either. You weren't satisfied, well boo-hoo. Complain and move on with the topic. The same tired arguements are ridiculous. I'm all for diversity of opinions, but the nay sayers are such catty little wenches who assume anyone that doesn't want to mount Rothman and Ratner to an Iron Maiden must be stupid and ignorant makes me laugh.

Poor little unhappy souls. Poor unfortunate babes that will never get the movie they want and are too ingrained in their own misery and joyous nit-picking that they can't appreciate the fact that they got any movie at all is kinda sad. i should buy them all puppies. They could name them Fox, Ratner, rothman and Penn and kick them to feel better.

No one said you had to leave the board. But its pretty obvious that, for one reason or another, the complaining is getting to people.

And, you know,thats life on these boards, especially when the movies fail to deliver. People will complain and complain endlessly. Thats the way it is. in life, people are bitter and angry, and like to wallow in it. People arent all happy bunnies who will take the crap they're fed.

And i cant blame people for their harsh attitude if you're gonna say is stuff like "appreciate that you got any movie at all". Thats pretty "apologist" like behavior right there. should i be happy i got batman and robin? Should I be happy i got Catwoman? Hey, i always wanted to see a solo cat movie. Should i be glad it had nothing to do with the catwoman i grew up with?

So you guys dont like the complaing. Boo Hoo. suck it up. And because you guys dont feel you have to leave the boards, you might as well. Instead of sitting here doing the same exact things you deride others for doing, why dont you, you know, try and DO something about it? Create a place on this board for people who want so called intelligent debate?

Why should we have to leave the boards??? Why should the people who are sick and tired of the constant rants of redundant redundant redundant redundant redundant REDUNDANT complaints??? Why can't people just follow simple thread rules and post in the appropriate place? Why, because people who dislike the film so much feel they have to shoove their opinions down my throat. Yea you have an opinion and you are free to it...but when I hear the same thing 50 times over a span of a week, see constant "hate" threads popping up everywhere, and having the positive threads overrun by naysayers is making me angry. This board use to be the most civilized...but now it is sadly overrun by ranting fanboys. I liked the movie...it wasn't the best but was good. You don't see me making threads about why I liked the movie or constantly going into "I Hate The Movie" threads and voicing my positive opinion to stir up trouble.

We aren't having a nervous breakdown...we are just f****** tired of seeing the same s*** everyday.

I am sick of all these people, mostly comic book nerds that are putting down X-men: The Last Stand. C'mon. Let it go. They weren't true to the comics is what they say, but didn't Bryan Singer say that with X1 he wanted it to be set in the real world? Going to outer space would have made X3 suck. No one would believe that. And about the death's, isn't Professor X dead right now in comics and wasn't Cyclops killed off only to come back. Isn't Jean Grey also pushing up daisies as we speak. So what's the big deal. Sounds like X3 is pretty accurate to me. I myself loved the movie and have seen it more than 3 times. I notice something new every time.

needed to be addressed. How old are you? 15? Get real. You can not compare your anger and bitterness about X3 with the grief, betrayal and anger families that lost kin over in Iraq feel. You have got to see that; if nothing else, realize the ludicrous nature of that comment.
