Um....I think that would kinda be cool actually. Not all of them, but some of them unlocking through this method would be cool.

Good list Drak, only a few things:

If you're going to make Nester a assist trophy, than they should make either a Howard one or make Howard and Nester as part of a dual assist trophy. It would work since the strip was both of theirs for a long time.

Mario: Waluigi, Hammer Bro, Daisy. (I don't care for Birdo.)

Metroid: Ridley (I just think they need to find a way to make him playable.)

Captain N definitely, and for Star Fox I really think Krystal should be playable...even though Slippy is a good idea. I have always wanted to pummle him.

Dunno how I missed this. I do agree that Howard should be part of the Nester assist trophy.

My biggest worry about having Daisy playable is what the hell is she gonna do? I mean, she's only been in the offshoot games like Party, Golf and the like. So, unless she plays with dice and leaves the sports stuff to Peach, then it's gonna be really weird.

I'm not AGAINST Krystal being playable, I just wanted to toss someone new in there.

We've already seen Din's Fire and Farore's Wind in two the videos, so it's pretty safe to say that Nayru's Love will be back too. Only thing we don't know is whether or not her down b will transform her into Shiek or not.

Oh, and I totally called Petey attacking with the cages.

I think it was a clever way with the changing from melee, and if the only way to change samus to zero suit samus is by using her special, it is gonna stink so bad!!!!

Yea, most of the X-Box/PS generation have no idea what great gaming is. Many games from the NES/SNES/Genesis era are still some of the best gaming experiences you'll find anywhere.

If they had any clue they would realize how much Nintendo had a hand in making sure gaming didn't go the way of the dodo.

Well, to be fair, a lot of the games now are somewhat...I dunno, dumbed down, for mass consumption. And a lot of people nowadays who are just getting into gaming can't very well appreciate something like the classic Legend of Zelda, simply because so many people have cloned and copied the formula [and some did it better, admittedly], that by the time they GET to the original, it's already old hat. It's something I kinda touched on in one of my weblogs on my site.
