I told myself I didn't want Sonic in the game but I was a LIAR. Awesome. Even better that they're strongly trending him toward classic/Adventure 1 Sonic.

Snake, Samus, Mario, Sonic will probably be my 4.

This game will probably be and deserve Goty, not Bioshock or Halo, or at least it should be Goty.

Wow, that means that they have even more really secret non-nintendo characters. There is no way they'd give up Sonic this early without someone else still in the wings.

Considering they only released Sonic to the public just now, I'm guessing there's a few more Sonic related characters to appear.

But seriously, no more than the usual three. Sonic, Knuckles and Tails. If I see Shadow there, I'll throw my controller at the Wii.

Yeah, no Shadow or Silver or Chaotix or any of those other *****es. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are Team Sonic. They're it. The rest suck.

Tails and Knuckles shouldn't be playable characters. They should be assist trophies. Having more than one Konami or Sega character would just be stupid. Let Capcom, Namco-Bandai, and Square-Enix have space too and not let the game get cluttered with third parties.

I'd rather Robotnik be in than tails or knuckles. I like having the bad guys from each franchise

I think Square-Enix will end up putting Cloud Strife in the game if they get a character in it. Capcom would obviously have Mega Man. And we can't forget about Namco-Bandai, my bet is that they'll put Pac-Man in.

I'd hope Capcom would go for Megaman, but something tells me they'd try to shoe horn Leon in the game for some reason and that's just something I really wouldn't care to see.
