I thought you would relate to McLovin hanging out with the cops? :cwink: :oldrazz:

Because you can relate to it more.

Please, even at my geekiest I'm cooler than that mother****er. :o

who did Michael Cera play??? I know the guy from Arrested Development is going to be around...Seth Rogen for sure...the other cop was hilarious as well...and the fat kid was also good in Accepted...

i mean sorry..didnt know his real name...but thats the guy from Arrested Development...hes very good IMO...im split on whether i want a sequel or not.

Loved this movie!! Hilarious, the period blood scene had me dying!

Ok, is this too graphic to take my 13 year old daughter to? We both wanna see it. She has seen Wedding Crashers, Crash, etc.

i took my 10 year old brother too it, i think it was tooo,,,toooooo much for him, but i know hes seen it before...so it depends on what your daughter has seen....Wedding Crashers....is nothing to superbad language and well language wise. depends on how much she "knows"

and by "it" i mean he has heard the language, and since he has a penis, probably seen half the stuff they talk about, its acceptable but questionable to a male 10 yr old....eh....language no, everything else, yeah.

Well, by reading some of the past posts, she'll understand the sexual references as well as the obvious ones. Just the fact of taking my daughter to a movie about high school teens and sex, although it is a comedy, might get a little awkward.

She has seen certain movies at friends houses, but not a mine. I guess I am at the in-between stage with her.

I am sure though she would die laughing, along with myself.

alright man, i have a sister and a brother, both younger....my brother yes...my sister...id be skeptical, she is 14, so we're KINDA in the same boat, and kinda not....however i wouldnt stop the inevitable....she'll see it sooner or later, and its not THAT bad. the worst like is "sticking my d*** in her ********, yea you get it....

another thing....im 21...my dad is 47, we took my 10 yr old bro...my dad laughed his ass off, and questioned (A LITTLE) about taking him...if your girl is in highschool, take her.

8th grade.

Thanks for the advice. She hasn't asked to go see it, so I won't bring it up. She knows about sex, but just the general concept and probably not keen on certain kinds of references.

But she does have a myspace account, so....................all is lost probably. :whatever:

I got back from seeing it about an hour ago. Me and my friends are under 17 and apparently, my theatre was checkin ID's at the showing. A bit different than how it was handled before. We usually could walk in fine with them knowing we're under age.
So we spent about an hour or 2 trying to get strangers to pretend to be our legal gaurdian and buy us tickets, until we finally got it.
I knew before the movie started that I would like it, but I didn't think I would laugh so much. Just joke after joke. Non stop. Got right into the story. And I can't speak for everyone, but I think it'd be cool to show anyone who's not under the 5th grade. It'd just be awkward for them to watch it with a parent or something. That's just me.

Those drawings raised the standard for me.

This movie was so funnny.

I may have liked knocked up better though, not sure at the moment.
