This reminds me of a time when a friend of mine got mad at me because I told someone her IQ was 154. (It really was. She now has more degrees than a thermometer and is a researcher in biology/physics at the University of Washington.)

Took two years of French but the only thing is remember is "je m'appelle..." "je suis tres bien!" "Je suis celibataire" and "baguette".

I don't think you've got to worry about it. My guess is the "rule" is probably just to be able to control content.

So, your french is about as good as my spanish. I like the first three examples you posted. Trying to get lucky?

it's only 73 here right now and will be mid 80s and above for the next week or so. i'm contemplated whether i want to cut my grass today or not.

obviously the temperature is more ideal, but, it's supposed to rain the next three days. so i'm thinking it'd be better to just let it rain and cut it after because it's going to grow anyways?

I was at the dentist today and the guy said they were going to take a couple of radiographs. They brought me out a lead blanket so I asked him "Is this really an X-ray?" He said "Yeah, but it puts out less radiation than the old machines." I asked "Why did they change the name? Because it sounds better?" He says "I don't know.....that could be it." I said "I like X-ray better. It sounds cooler and no one wants to see the movie 'The Man with the Radiograph Eyes'".

I don't think that "The Man of a Hardened, Lightweight Alloy with Exceptional Tensile Strength" would either do, or needs to do, that.

I completely agree. Nuclear Man is the best part of the Reeve films. I think it's a bit of a stretch that y'all think he deserves his own spin-off... but I'd be in for a Loki-esque Netflix show.

While Hydrogen Atom Fusion Man was pretty good, I don't think he was nearly as compelling as Lenny Luthor.
