im sure the parasite here is hardly aware of the extent of his powers. i mean, this crazy thing just happened to him, he's probably confused as hell and raw to everything that just happened, it wouldnt be surprised that superman would be able to defeat him rather easily.

How Rudy Jones/The Parasite was handled here was just one more instance of proof that Geoff isn't quite the writer everyone makes him out to be.

What happened to all the great comics writers like O'Neil? I'm getting completely disheartened by DiDio and crew.

I've already dropped several DC titles. Definitely Superman has been off my buying list since the 'New Krypton' nonsense. I'm only picking this title up to keep on top of the changes.
