Supernatural Season 3

This epsiode blew my mind into tiny pieces. And then ate the pieces. :heart:

This was the first time I got to watch the show with a pair of friends I've been trying to get to watch it, and they loved it to death. :D :up:

They killed Henrickson. :csad:

This is quite easily the best season of Supernatural though and this ep was even better than the last one, which I thought wasn't even possible. I'd call this the best episode of Supernatural ever but I'm holding off untill I see the full season cause I'll probably be saying it a lot in the coming weeks.

I thought Sam's plan was absolutely stupid. And then they started pouring salt on the outside.

Genius.
 
How this show fails to get any attention is one of the great mysteries of the 21st century.

And thank god it was this particular episode that they managed to catch. Wows.
 
Yeah, this was easily one of the best episode of the entire series. I can honestly say that this hour of Supernatural was better than most horror movies I've seen within the past decade. It reminded me a lot of 30 Days of Night which I thought was great. I also like how both Sam and Dean got those symbols tattooed on them to keep from getting possessed. That was a nice touch.

So when do they come back with new episodes? I know Smallville will be back on 3/13 but I haven't heard anything about Supernatural.

I still love Dean's referencing of Se7en in the season premiere;

"What's in the box!!"
 
Amazing ep. The look (and shrug) Dean gave after they killed all those demons was priceless.

I love the show more and more with each ep.
 
This is one of my top 3 favorite shows and last nights episode was the best this season. How do they keep it going like this. Every episode gets better and better. Every season gets better and better. It's amazing. I wish they didn't kill Henrickson. I thought he was going to eventually be a hunter himself, but oh well. Lilly as a little girl is different and should make for some great quips from Dean.
 
I was just doing some reading on Lilith. Much like how Azazel had his children (Meg, for instance), Lilith has succubi, which are demons that disguise themselves as women and seduce men into having sex with them, up until the point where the male dies. I think they do this to help give birth to new demon children or something.

I could see them using this as a key element in a future episode.

I've loaned my season 1 DVDs to a few people, but they never get around to watching them, which pisses me off because I know they'd like the show.

As for this episode amazing! Everything just worked so well, loved that Sam when the lines to the exorcism by heart, a nice nod to Sin City, a couple minutes into the seige I figured the Winchesters drew a large devil's trap somewhere in the station, then thought it'd be on the roof, but salting the entrances again worked just as well, then the mass exorcism via PA was great. Also liked Ruby's role this episode, can't believe I was so scared about Ruby and Bella when they were announced, so afraid they might add a CW teen angst romantic story angle to the show, but instead each has their own plans/agenda and it's got nothing to do with playing kissy face and riding around in the Impala with the Winchester boys. Other show producers should take note, just because you have a guy and a girl on a show, they don't need to get romantically involved.
 
Just when Hendrickson became kick ass (sighs). He thought his job was small fry compared to what the boys do. It would have been awesome if he eventually quitted the FBI & & joined the boys in the fight. Such wasted potential. At least the authorities will be off of their backs
 
Anyone notice that Hendrickson sounds EXACTLY like Denzel Washington? Listen to Hendrickson's voice and then watch a movie like "Inside Man"....their tone is exactly the same.

HaHA! It's so true. Holy crap.

Man, am I going to miss Henrickson. That dude was beyond badass.
 
This show gets better each season. It's actually better than Angel, which was one of my favorite supernatural shows.
