Supernatural-Season 6

Well I think her story definitely changed between season 3 and season 4... And the writers had to do what they could to string it together.

I took the thing towards the end of season 4 as her panic move to survive after realizing her death was the final seal. Which she eventually gave up on. Did they ever elaborate on that ep?

See, I always took it as this in regards to Lilith's storyline:

when she finally left Hell, since Sam wasn't onboard with being on the demon's side and with Azazel dead, she sent Ruby to persuade Sam into killing Lilith while also tormenting the brothers with the fact that Lilith "wants Sam dead" to further encourage Sam into being instructed by Ruby and that finally worked out for the demons when Dean went to Hell. And with her season four episode, I think Lilith just tried to use seduction as another way to get under Sam's skin; Sam did already sleep with a demon(Ruby) so perhaps Lilith was trying to piss Sam off that way, knowing that Sam did actually care for Ruby and wouldn't do something like that, even if it's meant to save the world from the Apocalypse. And I think that was Lilith's plan for all two seasons; while trying to start up the 66 Seals, she was trying to royally piss Sam off enough for Sam to want to kill her, without knowing that Lilith herself was the final seal. And also, in that same episode, Dean asked Sam if he would've made the deal and Sam said Lilith would've just weaseled out of it anyways.

So, I think even though with the re-writes of her character, Lilith pretty much stayed the same way in which she was trying to get under Sam's skin, whether it be wanting him dead or seducing him, imo.

Interesting tidbit from Tv Guide:

I'm thinking Sam will transform because of his wall breaking down.
HAH! So Cass won't bit the dust (at least not in the upcoming episode, thankfully). But it might be him who is transformed imo or who knows, maybe he dies in the finale, although I certainly dont want that. However, since they mentioned about angry posts on forums lol, I can only think of him, since he has a strong fan base. But we shall see..

I can't wait for the finale, but mostly for The Man Who Knew Too Much aka the last episode, I cant wait to see what happens to Sam and how will the war end.

We dont even know that the wall coming down would make him soulless again. I think what happens will be much, much worse than that.
Agree, he might become paralized. But in any case, I don't want Terminator Sam back and I highly doubt they will bring that back (Sam's damaged soul is inside his body this time!!). It would just become repetitive and boring.

i have a theory
what if it is castiel who dies, and before he does he gives sam his grace to save his damaged soul, transforming Sam into an angel? it would be nice to see him turn into something good for once, he's been possessed by demons, friggen lucifer, become a demon blood junkie, have no sould whatsoever, i think its time we see the more innocent sam from before the whole special children arc.

No way, I don't want that to happen. I don't really want Castiel to be human either though.

They should stick to the lore. Angels cannot become humans and humans cannot become angels.

i probably missed an episode or something, but when in the show was that established as "lore"? 'cause i know cas loses all of his powers in that parallel future where all the angels leave earth, and anna became a human to escape uriel, until she found her grace, restoring her powers.

I meant to say like in the BIBLE or something (I got mixed up bout another post) since the show pretty much stays true to the characters it introduces to us (monsters, angels, demons, u name it!).

Castiel already lost his powers at the end of Season 5 so...

Which reminds me that the show is more flawed than I thought haha, regardless, I don't want it to be done again, because it was done before. Simple as that.

If Sam loses his soul and Cass loses his powers once again, then we're gonna have some sort of mixture between Seasons 5 & 6. If they have no more ideas, I'd wish they'd end it already. I don't want them to stretch this show to death until it starts losing the great quality that it had! Also these deaths don't even have an emotional impact anymore. If Bobby or one of the boys die, it's no problem, they call Castiel, the next minute the character is brought to life.

Btw, it really makes me wonder if God was the one who brought Castiel back and who "improved" him... I wonder if it wasn't Crowley, though I don't think he has so much power. But who knows..

What if it was Death that brought Sam back to life? I mean he's definitely got the juice.

I hope not, I perfer him as being someone who is really just interested in keeping the balance and doing his job. The reason he helped put his sould back is cause everyone else is now messing with said balance and he isn't happy about it.

I don't like the idea though, mostly because it's repetitive, like I said. I wanna see new things.

You may not like the idea, but it's not a "flaw" nor it messes up with any lore as there are beliefs that angels can become humans instead of demons when they fall, so with Anna and Castiel, it makes sense. And with Anna becoming an angel, she stated that she was able to use the body she used on Earth as her vessel, so it worked out. The only thing I didn't get was "The End" when Castiel was a human, as Jimmy, but supposedly Jimmy died in "The Rapture". It's not something to really pick at just because it was a fixation of Zachariah's imagination and perhaps he didn't want to get into details, lol.

And besides, I doubt they'll go back to the "Castiel becoming human" plot any more. It fits in season five because Castiel used up all of his energy/power by marking that sigil on his chest.

And, I doubt it was Death, mostly because, in "The Man Who Knew Too Much", there are promo pics of Crowley and Raphael together...something tells me Crowley will stab Castiel in the back by switching sides. Why? I have no idea since Raphael wants to start the war again and Crowley doesn't, but maybe they made a deal of some sort.

This has been the side effect of the Angel plotlines, at least for me. I mean obviously we know the boys aren't going to stay dead or gone if they croaked (no matter when in the series it was - they are the stars, after all)... but the fact that there's no peril for ANY of our heroes anymore is kind of boring.

Hmm, this sounds like it's gonna be a really interesting episode.

Wow. That was one of the best episodes of the series IMO.

Now that is what the second to last episode of a show should be like. Amazing episode.

Just a wee bit, though I'm sure the actual finale will make up for it.

Looks like we finally know why the streetlight flickered at the end of season 5.Cas was there.:P
