Rossi - Nope. I'm good.

That was my first thought, reminds me of that scene in Forever...in a good way. Unless Nolan deceived us Robin isnt in the trilogy though thank god

Like I said, I doubt it's any specific character, but a catch-all reference to all of the sidekicks and allies in Batman's history. It's doubtful that Nolan will be using any of them given his admitted disinterest in Robin, so I think it's in there as a nice shoutout that there are others out there with the desire to be heroes.
