This thread is to record all of the happenings and wonderful costumes we have come to know and expect to see during the premiere of The Dark Knight opening in IMAX! In this you can post just exactly what your anticipated experience was like, who you've met, what you've seen, how many cops showed up to take you away, etc..
Most importantly though - photos!
It's no secret that for the past year a ton of skilled artists and designers here at SHH have been working thier butts off to create thier perfect costumes for just such an occassion. We've been through a lot, helping each other find pieces, giving tips on makeup strategies, even dealing with the run of the mill troll coming to tell us something they think we don't already know - we are insane, and lovin' it! So lets show everyone just how insane we have become!
We will select the best costume photos from each participant (everyone will get in, no worries on judgement) to be placed in an organized scrapbook online where anyone can view this wonderful event, and they can remember, or wish they could have been to, one of the greatest premieres in movie history!
If you have any specific ideas on where to keep the photo collection, or want to help out in any way, please PM me! I was actually thinking about buying a new domain name just for it.
