The Dark Knight TDK Talk Show Appearances

i hope i dont see two-face, wanna save it for the film but dammit i cant turn away.

So wouldnt that mean that the possibility would also be that he is too busy due to filming the new Terminator movie? It makes sense. I mean, they ARE filming. Near Mexico. Most of the late night talk shows are in New York.

How is any of that "irrelevant"?

No. Their work schedules aren't 24/7 and they do have time to promote another film depending on their schedule which is all contractually based. Have you ever seen a film contract? Have you read the clauses? Noticed the penalties? Every little detail is laid out down to the actor's hairstyle and color even facial hair if any that they must maintain during the shoot.

There is no such thing as being too busy to promote. All of this stuff is preplanned and contracted around months before filming begins. Like I said, if Bale isn't doing the late night show circuit its b/c he's not contracted to do so. Plain and simple.

It would be so great if Bale went on Jonathan Ross.
You just know Wossy wouldn't ask the standard questions, and he would get Bale to behave in a fashion we haven't seen much of before.

Sorry if it's been posted, but is the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno or David Letterman, and what time does it come on? Thanks.

can't blame Bale. I would hate doing the whole promoting thing as well. He is an actor to act, not go and advertise and crap. From interviews he has done tho he seems incredibly smart and funny. But it also always seemed like he doesn't much enjoy it tho he is polite about it.

Bale is going on the today show in the next couple days though, I forget when.

ugh jays going to do jaywalking so eckhart won't be out for a while...

He also said he sees every crappy movie on that show, but TDK is the best movie of the year.

Paraphrased.

Aaron Eckhart said he fell 60 feet off of a cliff and landed on a rock as a younger boy. Talk about your eerie and scary situations. Just as eerie as the rise and fall of Harvey Dent.

Eckhart is the man. Great interview. Funny plus good talk about TDK at the end.
