Why is it any different than a rat?

Do you complain when snakes eat rats?

It's different because more people keep cats as pets than rats. Therefore, there's actually laws against feeding cats and dogs to snakes.

Personally, I love to go back in time to kill the first snake. but then we wouldn't have some nice snake flicks...like Snakes on a Plane.....Anaconda 2...that's about it. I just don't like how they kill their prey...but then again...I shouldn't be talking. I eat at KFC sometimes...and we all know they don't care what they do to the chickens.

People are idiots, cats cause more damage to song birds and such than rats and snakes combined.

Cats are too expensive and are hard to catch, and it might be somebodies pet.

If I caught a feral one that I knew couldn't hurt Mrs. Giggles I'd toss it in.

I just don't understand why some animals are considered better than others.

A snake has just as much right to live as a cat and cat has as much right to live as a rat.

Only humans and endagered animals deserve the "better than" right.

I use to hate cats, but then I met my GF (she has 3) and know I love them. I see how quite they are and they are much more neater than dogs.
