Why do Terminator's need slaves? For what? They're advanced and efficient cybornetic lifeforms. Humans are imperfect and flawed to them. They can just do the work themselves.
I like Blair but her choices are questionable. She knows Marcus for what..less than a day and she finds out he's an machine but she's just so sure he's a good guy. ? I'm not buying that. I mean, she was throwing it at this dude she JUST MET(which isn't that weird I suppose. A little fast but not weird) but once she knows he's a machine, she just says,"He's a good man. He saved me. " crap.
I should've been more specific about the rifle shots. I'm not good at categorizing weapons. Rifles, semi automatics, whatever. The point is, an handful of gunshots, shouldn't kill these things so quick.
I don't have an response about Worthington other than to say he did nothing for me.
They wanted them to build things for their intended new world I would assume; if you want to consider that a plot hole or just plain stupid, take it out Cameron since he's the one that wrote that they did that in Terminator. T:S is just following through with it.
It doesn't matter how long she knew him, he saved her life from a bunch of rapists and potential murderers, and more so she knew that they were going to kill someone that was, at heart, just as human as her and considering what she's fighting for in the first she couldn't live with herself if she just allowed that.
It wasn't a handful...with how rapidly machine guns like that fire, they can hit you with a barrage of massive rounds in a matter of seconds, and again, they were being hit at point blank range which makes the damage all the more powerful, plus many of them were damaged beforehand (Connor blasts one in the face after it's already been blown to bits, for example).
The expressions on Worthington's face in those scenes I specified amongst others completely sold the scenes, I think he gave probably the best performance in a Terminator film.
I liked Bale, but I can see why you didn't like him, his voice sounded simialar to when he's in Batman mode at times, but it didn't bother me. I like that intense tone, and the emotion on his face during the broadcast was great.
