Nobody in the world had their free will intact. Pietro took it all away when he alone decided how everyone on the face of the earth would live, how the world would work, who would be in charge, who would be alive (reed richards, proteus, charles xavier). I'm sorry but you're wrong.
He did not take away anyone's free will. He changed the world, yes. But everyone decided what to do with that changed world once it was there. All he did was give his father and many of the heroes their hearts' desires. It was how they reacted to having what they always wanted that shaped the world.

There is no way what Pietro did was even remotely excusable. thats like saying if there was a single human being who was responsible for the holocaust, the hiroshima bombing, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the slave trade and all the drug trafficking in the world it would still be forgivable because he had a troubled childhood.
Except Pirtro never did anything like that. He didn't commit mass murder. About four people died as a result of his actions, and he didn't even intend for them to die.
