Are you expecting it? Are you ready for it?

If that cinematic goatse we got called Batman and Robin got a sequel, there's no way in hell this one doesn't get at least one.

Oh its getting a trilogy, no doubt. Hopefully it ends there though.

A trilogy would be superb. But if they have other good stories to tell afterwards, i'm all for more movies. But only time will tell, let the first movie sink in first.

I want a trilogy, but right now what I want more is an extended cut of the first.

I think there should be only three. The 2nd film should have more transformers, along with some more huge battle scenes, and a build up to Unicron. The third should be more or less a 3 hour version of the 1986 film (sans dancing number towards the end) with
Prime getting killed a little more than halfway through the film unlike him getting killed the first 25 minutes of the 1986 movie.

That's what I think anyway.

Prime should never again die. That move single handedly screwed TFs for years. Those who do not take notice of history are doomed to repeat it.

I kinda DO, but I also kinda DON'T.

We know it's happening. The movie just blew up 4th of July records at theater chains all over the country, I know it has--I've talked with my managers at AMC.

But like I was saying, The Trilogy Curse IS REAL. We've seen its effects over the past five years. I estimate about 85% of all third movies in a trilogy have failed to meet expectations. The second movie will probably be just as good as the first, but that just puts so much pressure on a third movie that I would just be so disappointed if it didn't end up actually being the best film of the series.

Agreed, he is the one true Autobot leader.

I want a sequel and maybe more, it all depends on if the story is there.

Nitpick: Batman and Robin never got a sequel, it was the last in the series. That being said, Batman Forever should have never gotten the cinematic goatse that was Batman and Robin as a sequel seeing as Forever was less entertaining than the under-side of Tommy Lee Jones' scrotum.

yeah baby. I want to see transformers Starscream's Revenge!

I actually I pretty much agree to make the TF II a decepticon strikes back, make it dark and serious.

And the TF III would be a big ending of it all (the death of Unicron, maybe? jsut saying :D)

i think transformers has enough steem for two trilogies (6 movies).

Second Movie: probably about autobots trying to get back to Cybertron, but Decepticons come to earth looking for energ(on)y because cybertron is dying.

Third Movie: Ultimate Doom (from G1, season 1) anyone? :D

Than all new characters, and story for the second trilogy, (prequels, only transformes no humans, time travlling, the possiblitlies are endless.)

And the third one must be a space war extragavanza!

...with that one bad robot motherfcker who eats planets!

nah man, they need to adapt the 3parter from the original show "Ultimate Doom", it would make such a killer movie.

wtf, that's what armaggedon kinda was so it all makes sense... oh **** We're getting armaggedon 2 but it'll be Unicron instead of a big piece of cgi

I really don't see a reason for another one.
They killed their biggest enemy, some minor ones are still on earth or in space, but that's really not a big deal. Definitely nothing left to say that would make me interested in a sequel.

This movie is pretty much this decade's "Independence Day". No sequel needed.

All of this aside, if the film makes enough money, it doesn't matter. We will be getting a sequel.

Grinder, I will just ignore what you wrote above.

The first movie worked really well as an introduction into Transformers for people who didn't know who they were. I hope the sequel will pay more attention the POV of the robots instead of the humans. Would love to hear more from Megatron.

I'd prefer it if they pushed out more than three movies, but that's only if they have enough material to tell good stories. We already know the action will be fantastic.

Transformers (2007)
Transformers Armada (2009)
Transformers Cybertron (2011)

transformers 3 and more!!

Immortalfire, enegron is better then armada
