AND, FOR THE RECORD, AS SOON AS SONY HAS THE BALLS TO START SHOWING US SOMETHING "REAL", I'LL BE THE FIRST TO POST IT, BECAUSE I'M STILL INTERESTED IN THE PS3.

Granted at first when you and I first talked I was very anti microsoft. Who can blame me for that? Since discussing things with you and the other gamers here I have gone out and purchased an xbox. I actually play that way more than I do the PS2 I own, 2nd PS2 in 5 years. Play the x more as it is modded and games are dirt cheap for me. My views on the xbox machine have changed. In the last 4 months of owning the x I have now put my 2nd hard drive in it.

I would hardly call me a sony fanboy. Yes there are things i like about the sony corporation more than MS but I am not a fanboy. More objective than most people if anything.

WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT SUPPOSED TO BE ANYWAY? SO THEY TRASHED A '360', TRANSPLANTED PART OF THE GUTS INTO AN ATARI, AND HOOKED IT UP TO A LAPTOP. WHO THE PHUCK WOULD WANT THAT?

YEAH, IMO, A 17-19" LAPTOP MONITOR IS NOT CAPABLE OF GIVING YOU A TRUE "HD' EXPERIENCE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE AT LEAST A 36-42" HD FLATSCREEN, I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'D BOTHER.

They have recommendations for distance when viewing televisions, small rooms should go no bigger than maybe 30", but in a living room, if you sit far away, a huge tv is good. My room is small as hell, and I have a 27" tv and 24" monitor.

I'll be hooking up my 360 to my monitor because it supports hi def, and it's fine because I sit 2 and a half feet from it, so I don't need to have a 36".
