I hope just like MOS did, Wan does some great world building for Aquaman. Explore Atlantis, it’s history and the ins and outs of it; how do they breathe underwater(is it magical or do they have gills?) how do they eat or grow food ect. And I hope Wan does what Sydney said they were going to do with MOS at first and just focus on him and “get his house in order “ first before worrying about the rest of the DCU.

Obligatory grain of salt, but it's rumored the Aquaman costume was shown off at a licensing expo, and that it looks straight out of the comics.

Toy Fair is in a few weeks, so we may know some more then. Batman v. Superman actually had a toy with a similar design.

I'm anxious to see what a Black Manta voice in live action would sound like. For the longest time, whenever I think Black Manta, I go back to the voice he had in Challenge of the Superfriends.

Yeah, I never got why JLU couldn't call him Black Manta. Was it something similar to the whole Bat-embargo thing and why the Legion of Doom/Secret Society didn't have Batman villains?

Anyway, couldn't find the best example of Black Manta's voice in Challenge, but there's a brief snippet here at the 37 second mark.

There was supposed to be an Aquaman tv series starring Justin Hartley. Which is why Aquaman was hardly used in Justice League Unlimited and Black Manta's name was changed to Devil Ray.
