Evidently, she hasn’t had an acting job since Daredevil wrapped. Which is a shame; I think she’s a damn fine actress, and would do a good job in the role for sure.

That being said; I’d prefer to see Jodie Comer from Killing Eve take a stab at it:

I still like Brian Tyree Henry as bullock even though those chances would be slimmer now.

Yes, just with Eternals & his small role in Joker, I don’t see BTH a likely candidate. He was my favorite for a while too.

Lately, I’ve been thinking it might be interesting to see an Earth One take on Bullock. Not page-for-page necessarily, the Hollywood backstory may too be heavy-handed, but I like the idea of having a character that can actualize the impact of Gotham City on the soul for the audience. We can track Bullock’s downward spiral.

That in mind, I picked Brian Geraghty from Flight and The Alienist:
