I dont know if you guys heard this little rumor but it would be funny since he's from the movie divergent who Woodley stars in so if he becomes peter parker the irony would be to damn high.

Film journalists would laugh even harder. They've got plenty of e-mails to run every time the project comes up pointing out how little confidence Sony has in the film.

If another sony movie happens and they somehow unfire Garfield I hope they make it TASM3 and not S6.

I actually didn't mind what they did in TASM2 so if they integrated Spidey into civil war and went ahead with TASM3 I wouldn't be TOO upset. Hopefully marvel would ensure TASM3 is decent too, as itd be associated with the MCU

I'd much prefer a Marvel reboot though

@Miles: Exactly how I feel. At least give us one more film to finish it off and then you can do whatever you want with it. But don't have TASM2 be the end of the whole franchise.
