I don't think that was ever established. They had access to everything up until the leaks started to happen, It doesn't make sense to release everything at once.

I'm certain that if any sort of deal is reached, Andrew won't be back. I'm torn on whether I want him back too - on the one hand he was great, but ASM2 sucked and I don't want that in the MCU

Hold up, the date says 1/5/15, and obviously the sony hack was way before. So maybe someone leaked it on their own? It couldn't have been from the interview hack
